I know probably over 10 guys that don't think there is a difference between a fresh beef patty and one that's been frozen and thawed. I pull my hair out trying to explain how much better fresh, unfrozen beef it. Maybe it's a pallet thing

So in all fairness, this guy does definitely need to learn a lesson to not serve, frozen ground beef to his customers. But he does in someway have a point that he never did say for one second that the burgers were not frozen.

"There's no such thing as a fresh burger in eastern WA." As an eastern WA resident, I cannot overstate how inaccurate that is. You can't drive a mile outside the city without finding a beef producer. My local stake house literally lists out the local ranches where they get their beef. If you're gonna lie, make sure the lie is not something easy to refute.

If you thaw it out, it's not fresh, but defrosted. Water distribution is different because it expands and crystallizes. In addition, there is probably no city where you can't get fresh burgers, because they are so easy to make from scratch using extremely common ingredients.

Also let's be real here, not many offer fresh burgers and most are packaged for frozen, how else can you store them? It's meat and needs to be in the right environment right? Or else it goes bad. We also only see him walk to the burger place and bring one back so how do we really know if it's not from frozen?
