Over 1000 migrants CROSS the Channel over the bank holiday with SMUGGLERS going to NEW LENGTHS
GB News can report that more than 1,000 migrants have crossed the English Channel over the bank holiday alone.
Mark White is in Dover with the latest on the small boat migrant crisis.
This comes after the United Kingdom reached an agreement with France to provide more than £600 million for increased border control in Dunkirk and Calais.

An AI facial recognition tool that aims to detect adult migrants posing as children will be deployed at the UK’s borders next year.
The software will estimate a person’s age by analysing photographs of them taken at the border.
The Home Office says the technology will make it easier to identify adult migrants “attempting to game the system”, after initial testing indicated “promising performance and accuracy”.
But Human Rights Watch urged the government to scrap the scheme, describing it as “unproven technology” that will undermine the protections vulnerable children are entitled to.

OMG, no offence but this guy is depressing! And host lady, why are you saving at a BRICK BANK? Online banks are paying 3% or more. Employers need to do a better job helping their team members! For goodness sakes, every brilliant employer like Gabrielle Bourne Media should be giving their employees orientation on how to increase their financial quotient. OK, you haven't learned in school, so join an organisation that will teach you the fundamentals. Most of us have at least 3 years of an emergency reserve fund thanks to GB Media!

Only use Credit Cards only in an emergency then pay them off as soon as you can, else you are just paying good money to the bank for the sake of paying money, all in the interest.

Well the problem is if you have savings in this country you are penalised. If you have nothing, get benefits, or have victim status, your future is secure.

How can you save when you don't have anything to save?. 6 months ago my combined Gas and Electric bill was £55. 3 months ago £85. Today it's £133.

Tips:
– Cut back on the smoking and drinking
– Review your Direct Debits and get them all as low as possible
– Pay particular attention to things like gym memberships, mobile phone bills and streaming subscriptions
– Just over winter, consider reducing your pension contributions and increase them again in Spring
– Put that money aside though, don't spend it on non essentials
– Consider doing some or all of your grocery shopping at the likes of Lidl and Aldi
– Reduce your energy bills as much as possible.
– Consider things like thermal jugs to keep boiled water warm
– Take showers instead of baths, and make them as short as possible
– If you have a wood burner, use it to at least keep that one room warm
– Change your car for something smaller and more fuel efficient, and walk/bike/jog as much as possible
All easier said then done perhaps, but since when was life easy!

With inflation at 10% (government joke figure) and interest at 2% (short term rate) then every £1 saved will be worth 80p in a year, less whatever tax you're forced to pay. You may as well enjoy it now and let the government look after you if things go bad because you'll only be penalised for having savings.

The people without savings are actually savvy in the current climate. If you save/provide for yourself then at every turn you are penalised, especially by the state. If you save money, then you have to use this up before you get any benefits, so no point, if you buy a house then this will have to be sold for care. If you save to a pension, then each Government will find a way to steal some of it….. look at who is better off – those arriving across the channel, living in 4 star hotels, or someone who has contributed, paid their way and saved?

Ah, great I've got just over 4 quid is that any good!too old to save cos 52quid a year ain't gonna do jack getting pains in gut and back so if I croak it I can buy a coffin handle,on second thoughts ain't having a funeral so if I live another year I can leave my kid's 23quid each wonder what they will do with that?

Terrible advice. If people have very little money, then any money the can save, will not keep up with inflation…hyper inflation!! Also, very soon, fiat currency (cash) will be replaced by government digital currency. Any cash in a savings account is going to be wiped out. He is either stupid or is deliberately misleading people
