“Britain’s MOST EXPENSIVE Airbnb” – Will Kensington MOCKS the STATE of the UK
Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.
This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.

A good time to revisit this one and ponder the massive surge in government support after 3 month of strikes, wrong again Nige?
@DavidBWilliams-td9vm
January 19, 2024 at 10:20 am
The obvious reason for the public supporting the government is that they don't like inconvenience and are lazy, they are against anything that interferes with their social life. The strikes that are taking place now should have the full support of the British people and to show the government that the people will not put up with their tyranny and not be told how to live by the WEF which is the new form of Nazisom. Nigel or the Reform Party aren't going to help they are just all talk. It's the people that can make the changes if they all pull together, but you will always get the ones who feel they are being inconvenienced as they need to go a football game, the gym or meet the lads for a drink, in other words just being selfish. It not just fighting for today it's fighting for the future of the children, do you really want your children to grow up in a Nazi run world ? and I mean Nazi as there is no other name for these evil government's

Give the NHS another 350M a week (adjusted for inflation) and they will stop complaining and start working.

Its almost like the scale of demand for the NHS is not sustainable given the current demand on it, for massively expensive public services like this you need to have a pretty well off population. Otherwise the tax burden will indirectly end up Killing it, at this point probably for the best given how much of a political weapon the NHS has been to attack anyone not treating it as a new church and to push for infinite immigration for any one from anywhere with any mild qualification to work in it.
Its the single largest employer in the continent for god sake and you still have to wait hours for an ambulance if one will come at all meanwhile the people working in it according to themselves dont earn enough to live decently.
The NHS will never be funded enough realistically, the demand for more money is infinite as it just grows to cover more and more and more things related to 'healthcare'. Cus somehow dealing with cosmetic things like excess skin after loosing weight or sex reassignment/hormone therapy are things the taxpayer needs to pay for. Among an ocean of other insanly stupid things we're all forced to pay for with no say.
The NHS should focus on emergency care, life threatening illnesses and things that stop people being able to work. With for things other than emergency care being charged to the patient depending on their income for cost of treatment, make it a basic simple safety net for people who cant afford an alternative and for people who genuinely need it not for people killing themselves eating drinking or just being wilfully stupid health wise.
Otherwise people should just pay for it themselves in a legitimately private hospital, we cannot afford this as it is and either the penny will drop, the system will collapse or the whole country will be bankrupted trying to sustain this vast highly inefficient mess that no one is allowed to criticise. The NHS is actively destroying the country's economy as its a scared cow and anything other than praise most of the time political death, imagine someone trying to advocate for its scope to be more limited or just for a few minor cutbacks to be made to it.

Unfortunately the whole of the public services are poorly ran. Managers who in many cases have zero experience of what actually happens on the ground. Far too much money is wasted on non jobs, diversity manager is but one that comes to mind, no accountability for waste, and little input from the Customer, us.

They are using the strikes to cover up their failings and promises, where's all the money they said would go back into the NHS after brexit gone, the queues and people waiting in ambulances and on stretchers were there before any strike, they are deliberately driving the NHS down, thatcher started all this, selling our country out, the Tories are the rot of the UK, Career politicians, where's the £34bn they gave away to friends during COVID, why aren't they on trial?? This lot are doing as they please and creating VIP lane law to make more loop holes for themselves so they can't be held to account, it's staggering how stupid the British public have become, who is better they say, anyone is better, it's a message you can't do as you please or you get replaced, something this country seems to have forgot.

I kind of see your point …Right from the start I have been thinking we are all being manipulated. NHS staff on strike takes the heat off the Government and all the shifty things they have been and are up to. Deflect anger and discontent onto those who have spent their career looking after others sometimes at the expense of their own wellbeing. All that Clap for the careers baloney provoked public resentment of health and care workers….it was embarrassing. Then the TikTok videos (never seen anyone I know doing anything like that at work… if I had I would have made an official complaint about it) I never wanted anything other than to do my job. Unlike the publicity seeking, jungle dwelling political class, We don’t want worship and glory, just basic stuff, a living wage, decent resources and enough staff.

Why?
Does Nigel Fascist Farage want an American style healthcare system?
Are the right wing media about to start reporting negative news about the NHS, get a grip FFS!
We had this with Jeremy Corbyn and it turned out he was right about what this corrupt government was trying to do so now the Tory government are scared of the nurses now and want to demonise them and the NHS too!
What an evil government the American backed Tories are!

Ambulances get stuck at A&E for hours and hours at a time leaving them unable to go to new calls, they get stuck at A&E because no staff is on hand to take the patient off the ambulance crew effectively treating the ambulance and patient like anyone else in the waiting room, get in line, only life and death get taken from the ambulance, people with broken bones etc are left, but like I say you now have taken an ambulance off the road. The NHS is not function

Farage! Controlled opposition.. most people are behind the strikes … the service has been slowly destroyed for years and this is what happens when you make cuts that effect lives… the NHS isn't a money making cash machine it's the opposite but us working people pay for that service and until around 20yrs ago it was a functioning service, now its being slowly destroyed .. making cuts should not effect people's lives. Working for the NHS is bloody hard work, back breaking and exhausting its no wonder staff are always sick, long hrs for rubbish pay I'm sorry I worked in hospitals for 13yrs and towards the end of my career it was hell, and then the mandatory covid jabs… the NHS used to be about choice now it's turned into a leftwing brainwashing ground… This is what happens when you keep taking the #### out of people that work hard because they care.. don't bad mouth the strikers farage, they are hard working members of society that have had enough after years of abuse due to cuts to services… the government are playing with people's lives.. they don't give a stuff about anyone or anything so shut up farage.

The most interesting thing about British people is that they mock American for paying for health care, when in reality they pay a lot more in taxes and they don't have any health care. The only thing NHS does is provide some follow-up of what is normal. If there is something abnormal, they will find a lot of data to say there is nothing they could do. NHS is the worst religion. But the British are quite deceived to realize that.
