“Britain’s MOST EXPENSIVE Airbnb” – Will Kensington MOCKS the STATE of the UK
Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.
This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.

One thing's for sure, if we don't properly replace EU subsidies, then yes, our food is gonna be expensive!! 😉

The factors which has contributed towards rise in more people experiencing poverty and dependency on food banks shot through the roof, is down to rise in energy costs, landlords given a "free pass" to increase rent and public services/funding being overwhelmed.
As a society, the public were notified of those changes coming into place…. However there was no mass protests or revolt against it. We only have ourselves to blame for not doing enough to prevent the changes coming into motion!

Same thing happening in the US, my daughter and son in law volunteer in a food "bank" that is open once a month in a particular area, which is then rotated during the month, to other areas, and the demand has sky rocketed.

The government should truly be ashamed that people are going hungry this day in age in Britain. This is all due to the greed that they help promote. This should not be happening at all.

Hang on, a woman came in who could not afford to feed both her children at the same time so they took turns? Are you kidding me? What is she giving them that can not be shared or padded out with bread etc?? Social services should be involved as that is child abuse.

The poor have been hit hard by all the government(s) money printing (monetised debt) where the Bank of England buys government debt increasing the money supply. This is how they paid for the forced and unnecessary economic shutdowns over the past two years. Hope all the people that clapped for the NHS and applauded the government for forcing the healthy to stay at home with no health benefit are happy at the result which is poverty, starvation and a failing health system. Well done all of you.

There should be less foreign aid full stop, we have our own vulnerable who should come first.
Any money saved not leaving the country will no doubt filter its way down to paying lawyers protecting these illegal criminals so it’s a lose lose situation. 👎

How sad to see so many comments suggesting that those who use food banks have a low 1.Q, Spend their money on cigarettes and nails and generally bring it upon themselves. Someone who works for the food bank has told me that some of the homes he delivers to are far from humble and belong to failed businesses due to the pandemic etc. Hardly those with a low I.Q

Food banks will have to start cooking and serving the food onsite.
It is the only way now to minimise costs and still be feeding people.

Why do the media always show over weight people at food banks, in WW2 there were no over people or food banks plus no benefit system but they survived and they fought a war
@darkspy666

Yet the government are quite happy to put up illegal migrants in 5 star hotels and send billions to a war we’re not even involved in, disgusting!!

Can we get this straight. As the crisis deepens we will , of course be turning football grounds and golf courses into allotments. Along with cars, we will place severe restrictions upon motor boats, jet skies and other leisure craft. Televisions and tablets aren’t essential either and so we could introduce the 15 minute rule, before being disconnected. That leaves us with a home grown tomato and a crust dropped by a passing seagull.
@HuSiaCat
January 18, 2024 at 8:04 pm
Despicable that we are having to accept this.
Why do we accept it? Lithium in our food and water?
Think I'm kidding don't you…??
