It's an independent broadcasting company so no. If the young man involved wants to press charges then that's up to him. The way I see it is that it is about a duty of care as an employer & did Philip inform the employer of he's relationship with a fellow emplyss. So it's HR & legal matter!!

I dont know what to think about this he had affair with young man that was consensual 30 years younger I think the media now should keep away I dont think he is a kid fiddler at all I hope not I used to watch phil on dancing on ice and as a child on telly I hope now much of it goes away it is put to rest I dont think he meant to lie about the affair of this young person. My thoughts go out to his ex wife daughters family and to this young man who the media cant name.
