   Chef Ramsay I've always been a great fan of yours. After watching you work with your prisoner group, what can I say. My respect and admiration have jumped 100%!!!!!!! You persevered and worked tenaciously, not only proving yourself as the chef you really are, but also proving that you taught the few who to be cast offs, raising them above level and teaching them to respect themselves and others. I felt so sorry for Jerome and you for the hard work you put in to get him where he was. I was disgusted with the officer who wrote Jeremy off!!! A bloody storm in a teacup!! A bloody girl, that's what I'd call him. If he couldn't expect a few names, working in a prison, then he certainly was in the wrong job!! He didn't think not care!! He destroyed Jerome's career and your time, Gordon you spent with keeping the team together. Jerome was one of your best, karma may come back one day and bite his arse lol 😂 as for the female officer, if she couldn't put up with a few bad words, she shouldn't be there. Thank you Gordon for doing this….a wonderful idea. We need more of this !!! As for the prisoners being kept in their cells almost 24 hrs a day, that's nothing to do with authority, respect or discipline !! What do the officers expect of their antisocial behaviour if they are segregated !! It's not good Healthwise either, they don't think of that!! Bless U Gordon 😚 for all you've done 👍. You're a knight in shining armour and I believe you should be one!!

   As we all know most of prison systems around the world are broken. We lock up criminals and take their rights away but we turn our heads around because they are criminals and we say “they deserve it”. In reality it is just a loop because once a prisoner goes into the real world they have to go back to what they know best in order to survive. Is that really fighting crime? Most prisons don’t offer hope, skill, knowledge or even therapy. If we change the prison system the prisoners can go back into the real world after serving their time and actually change for the better. Instead of depriving the people that need help the most in society lets help them become better members of our civilized world.

    That guard is an ass he just doesn’t seem to like Gordon and his idea. I’m not big on him being in with convicts but everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves. The use of knives petrifies me to the core though

    the prison guard at the end of this is iconically the issue with the american prison system, not giving anyone a chance to rehabilitate. he should be ashamed and fired imo.
