Japan swelters in its worst heatwave ever recorded – BBC News

Published

on

is sweltering in its heatwave since records began in 1875.

The blistering heat has drawn official warnings of a looming power shortage, and led to calls for people to conserve energy where possible.

But the government is still advising people to use air conditioning to avoid heatstroke as cases of hospitalisation rise with the heat.

So the report here says "north of 40 degrees, the highest ever recorded".

But thats not true, you can find a BBC video here on youtube from 5 years ago where it was 41.1

But to hell with accuracy, honesty, and integrity when you have a fear mongering agenda to push.

Resident of Japan here. The heat isn't so bad, but the humidity is awful. The atmosphere outside feels cloudy and soupy. Even walking can cause you to become out of breath. Even 40% humidity is bad, but there are some days in the Japanese summers where humidity reaches the high 90's and it just feels like you're breathing in water. It's horrible

There was little ash, 146,000 metric tons of salt water was injected into the stratosphere. This increased the water content of the stratosphere by 10%, the stratosphere usually has very little water. The water in the stratosphere is causing a greenhouse effect and this is the real reason for the world wide heat waves around the globe.

You’re either lying or didn’t actually research this. The early 1930’s still hold records worldwide for hottest summers and also curiously the coldest winters also. The lady who said the temperature has raised three degrees is boldface lying. I’m sure she has access to historic temperature data and is aware she is being horribly dishonest and should be immediately fired/removed from her position for betraying the trust of the public and her position as a public servant. Absolutely disgusting and shameful treachery 🤢🤮

HOW TO COOL DOWN: ice hat Needed: Straw hat with adjustable chin strap, tray of ice and bandana. Tie bandana at the back of your neck. Crack tray of ice into the hat. Lean over to put the hat on your head. Stand up and tighten chin strap. Chilling the blood in the capillaries of your scalp, appears to cool down your body as the blood circulates. This hat enabled me to work in heat for hours. Prior to this, I actually passed out in the heat.

Global warming wasn't proven as man made back in the 70s 2he they told us 2e would be under water in 30 years here we are above water 50 years later and the media is still being used what's hthe agenda? The elite own everything using alluding a ai stock marketing machine and automation and ai are at a level where all the elite need to do is catalogue our dna (cov9d tests) then vaccinate us as the alluding ai wants to itemise everything as assets like trees animals humans so the vax gets you onto the system. Lgbt climate change nasa are fake fairy tales to tax and oppress you cattle. Satanists run your political systems and make sure its rigged now get off YouTube and get researching before real facts aren't allowed because they are hate speech or some other cancel culture to you waking up

We need to take the methane out of the air, 26x more powerful greenhouse effect than CO2. Methane breaks down in under ten years so if we stop pumping it into the air we'll receive the benefit within the decade.

The thing about the media is… Nobody is reporting how we now have really cool, pleasant weather in Japan with a nice amount of rain and clouds, and how this was the case pretty much every day last week, plus will be for at least a week ahead. Nobody is gonna report: Japan suddenly has really pleasant weather after the worst heat wave ever recorded lol ^^

US hits ‘dozens’ of Iranian sites in strikes, as Iran targets US bases in region | BBC News

Published

on

The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

The military said it struck “air-defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone capabilities, and small boats”, using aircraft, ships, and drones – including “one-way attack sea drones for the first time”.

“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.

In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

Trump demands 20% toll on cargos passing through strait of Hormuz | BBC News

Published

on

President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.

He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.

Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.

Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.

The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

Explosions have been heard near two Iranian port cities, Bandar Abbas and Bushehr, state media has reported.

It comes after another night of strikes between the US and Iran, with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps saying it hit two UAE tankers in the Strait of Hormuz and targeted US facilities in Jordan and Bahrain.

The UAE called the attack “brazen”, adding that an Indian crew member was killed and eight others were injured.

Meanwhile, the US military says it completed strikes on targets aimed at degrading “Iran’s ability to attack commercial shipping” – Iranian state media reports three people were killed.

US launches more strikes on Iran and resumes naval blockade of ports | BBC News

Published

on

The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.

Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.

President Trump announced that he was scrapping a plan he had announced a day earlier, for placing a 20% toll or tariff on all cargos passing through the strait of Hormuz.
