   Putin is basically Xi's lackey and slave now. He was already scared of Xi and kind of under his control before this military conflict started last year, given that Russia was already significantly more reliant on trade with China than vice versa. Since then China and Xi have strengthened their dominance over Russia and Putin, benefitting from decreased prices for imports from and increased prices for exports to them.

   Stop lieing to us. Ukraine is on the brink of collapse, the war is going disasterly for them, their army has nearly been wiped out. If they don't make peace and concede the Donbas to Russia the state of Ukraine may very well cease to exist

    Very well spoken, Lord David Owen. I know you are British, as an American you could represent the USA in any and all negotiations! Biden is worthless. Biden and Zelensky wants to keep this war going for years. Zelensky "does not" want this war to end until he is ready. Zelensky does not care about his people. I saw a different side of President Xi when he had a meeting with Putin. I am no fan of Xi. Xi made an effort to discuss ending this war. All Biden and Zelensky wants is to stuff their pockets with dead people! 😔

    Our politicians can't sort out the mass invasion in dinghies, can't sort out a completely corrupt police force who have got no intention of applying British law , totally failed to address the mass rape of underage white girls by mainly Pakistani Muslims we have a capital which is almost a Muslim city even defacing statues of British War heroes so how do they even think that they can influence peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.
