1/5/24, I still cannot for the life of me believe how some of the folks I see on this show are business owners, I would be nervous hiring them to wash dishes and bus tables. Fine example, “That lobster is fresh. Even though it died, it’s good”

Denise responding with "it's good enough" when asked if something was fine to serve is all you have to know. Of course you want to serve the best you can to every customer, but you've got Gordon Ramsay in your restaurant specifically to critique your food and you say it's "good enough"? there's a complete lack of pride
