   Can't wait to try the beef shank recipe! I have one in my freezer. Common here in Texas but in the Mexican section. Most American's can't be bothered with beef / pork / lamb shanks. I love all of them! I made a simple lentil stew last night and added ham hock and chicken feet. Why? Ham hock for smokiness and a few bits of meat and chicken feet for that yummy mouth feel from the gelatin. Again, easy to find chicken feet in the Mexican section of the grocery store in in Texas! Again, there are beef cheeks in many Texas grocery stores. Again found in the Mexican section. It's sad that most Americans have the palate of a 5 year old.

    My late Mother used to make the best breast of lamb, we were never the richest of family's, but she made the cheapest cuts taste so good, thanks for bringing back so many happy memories

    The sad part of this is we constantly hear "cheap" in regards to the cuts of meat, but in many cases with these videos the meat in question has since become fashionable. Pork belly ain't cheap in 2022. No meat is these days.

    I absolutely love this unique lamb dish! This is what I'm talking about! Looks amazing, just imagining the smells while you added ingredients, not an average or run of the mill type of recipe that's so awesome but looks so doable.     Must be about the 10th time I have seen the stuffed lamb breast video on this channel. Why are there so many repeats on this channel? Seems that Gordon must be all out of new ideas. How about doing some REALLY NEW & UNIQUE recipes for a change, instead of repeating old stuff so often?
