Lies, lies, and more lies. It is true that some dogs are having to be rehomed, but the vast majority are from bad homes. I have been involved in this and the vile people that think to get a dog in order to pose with, then when the initial thinking, so to speak, goes away, no one really noticing them anymore, it is the dog thrown into the back yard, or even shut up in a house, and hit. My latest rescue dog was shut up in a house, beaten, starved, had all her fur matted. She was a wreck

Cute kittens at the end there…who couldn't resist those wee things?. I'm sorry for anyone who has to give up a pet, must be the worst decision to make in the world having to feed a cat or a kid. I miss having the neighbours cats around but with the rising cost of food it would've been impossible to keep feeding both of them (they were fussy eaters), there's still the neighbourhood cats out and about outside for feline company.
It always amazes me how they slip into your heart without much effort, cats especially…one mew and that's me…I'm sure other people are the same.

Re-Homing is putting your pet in danger of being killed by the shelter, dying of missing you and being picked up by a lab, impersonating a person wanting to adopt a pet. The pet will end up being a torturous lab experiment, then they shoot them in the yard. DON'T GIVE UP YOUR MOST FAITHFUL FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBER YOU HAVE EVER HAD!

A pet will most likely die, or die sooner when we die. Humans have a much higher rate at not just living, but staying healthy. This is how much pets love and are devoted to us. If you drop your pet off at a shelter, it has a higher likelihood of being killed by the shelter or dying having lost us. If you stop buying pet food and treats rather make the food yourself, the cost plummits. Buy a cheaper brand of something you buy regularly or stop buying anything unnecessary off of AMAZON made in China. We don't need all that plastic crap. Dogs need grains & vegetables or they are liklier to suffer from heart conditions. Cook a whole chicken for you and your family. Pul everything off the bones, even what holds the tiney bones together. ALL this you can feed your pet. Add vegetables. Cheap ones like cooked carrots. Add rice, oatmeal or pasta. Some cheap grain. You will find your pet loving it more than pet food. Dogs love carrots! Give them raw carrots to chew on for a treat or bake your own biscuits. There are ways, and it is shocking how cheap it is! Make soup out of the chicken carcass first. The meat, cartiliage will fall off easier. Use the chicken stock (bone broth) in your pet's food to flavor the grain and vegetables. THEY WILL LOVE IT – AND YOU WILL GET TO KEEP YOUR FAITHFUL FURRY FAMILY MEMBER WITH UNDYING LOVE FOR YOU!!!!!

READ THIS B4 U EVEN THINK OF RE HOMING YOUR PET ~ I went to the ER 2 days ago being pressed by the social worker at my doctor's office. I had told her that my dentist felt I needed a root canal, except the only oral surgeon who would take my insurance was far away, with only ONE appointment open in July. I had been taking ibuprophen and other OTC painkillers. My intenstines were in severe pain. She felt I had an ulcer and if I didn't go myself, she would have the ambulance sent with the police & be forced to go. Before I left I held my little dog then, put him in my bedroom. I can't afford heat, so I stay in there with him all day with a small space heater. I can't afford anythng, but the essentials. I told the doctor at the ER this. He asked if I was in danger of hurting myself or someone else. Immediately I answered "I have a dog! I can't do that! Oh my God! That little boy would be alone!" The doctor had no concern about me being suicidal or harming anyone else. COVID has made us all poorer, because they said lockdowns would save our lives. Now, if I get sick, I & millions may die without heat with NOTHING to replace fossil fuel which we are told is bad because of carbon that feeds plants – the more carbon, the less water they need. We are being lied to, & we are dying. We are the carbon (as everything IS a carbon-based life form EVERYTHING IS CARBON – NET ZERO IS BS) we are what the UBER wealthy and privaledged want to lower. Our pets are our families. They would die for us. I will go without. I will find something I don't need to save money. Compare everything in your life to the precious, undying LOVE & undying dedecation of your pet – the pet will always win. Sell something on ebay. Buy cheaper shampoo.

The poor of the world are going to suffer without fertilizer made from fossil fuels. We need cheap energy to get the food and medical supplies to them. This is killing the poor. The UBER wealthy will have a lot more land, and less trash without us. Plastics in the ocean are all coming from one country and the poisionous runoff into the water supplies – and that country is the one every single UBER wealthy world leader admires because they use the military against the people, and your are controlled on all your actions because of a social c r d t score. One of the leaders will get a crown soon, one was born in N z I G m Y and one is famous for saying many years ago "When you control the food, your control the people. When you control the money, you control the nation. When you control the ENERGY you CONTROL THE WORLD." Guess what? They accomplished it. The guy who said that is almost 100 and still going strong – WE AREN'T – we are dying from poverty.

Keep your pet – they are your family – one day – out of love and dedication to them – THEY WILL SAVE YOUR LIVES!

i have 2 cats, a large dog AND a horse! i would go without food myself before i would give up any of my fur babys! and my human babys would never forgive me if i did, however i can understand how some people think that there may be no other choice and more often than not, there is no other choice for these people, at least they have been responsible enough to give their pets to a rehoming centre because we all know what a big massive problem we used to have with people just abandoning their pets onto the streets and altho that is still happening, it is nowhere near as prolific as it used to be 10 years ago. So please stop hating on people who have to rehome their pets.

Its not so much the cost of pet foods its the vet charges. Our cat has to have flea treatment from the vets because the shop ones do not work it costs Β£60 for a six month supply hate to think what bigger problems would cost.

1/3 of rental sector tenants are hiding a pet as letting agents and landlords still discriminate against animals and children. Having to downsize in the rental sector will invariably mean rehoming a pet.

Anyone who loves animals/cats/dogs/horses/ whatever – thinks that they are part of their family, right? Right.
Thus, would you give up your human son or daughter? No. So, what's the difference?
    Be responsible parents!
Eat less. Drink less. Smoke less. No brainer. No?

We have a cost-of-living crisis here in the United States. But I would never surrender my dog. I would rather share my food. I am afraid what they would do to him. I could not. My heart would be heavy, and I would not be able to sleep. I don’t want anything to happen to my puppy dog.
Do you also take care of dogs?
I understand that between the choice of feeding the children and feeding the animals, it would break my heart, but I don’t know.

Same people were probably saying how much they see their pets as their children and babies. Sickening to think they are just discarding them. Bring in a law if you hand in an animal because its inconvenient you can no longer own a pet I say. Oh and ban the sale of online pets. Plenty in shelters that need homes…we always went down that route.

Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.

This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.
