“Britain’s MOST EXPENSIVE Airbnb” – Will Kensington MOCKS the STATE of the UK
Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.
This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.

Idiot voters will determine the next general election, that is quite correct. Con or Lab, and still pretend they are different.

None of these factories would be environmentally friendly as they would be importing the raw materials from Chinese mining companies in the Congo

While it sounds bad on the outset I do hope something is going to come off this gigga factory even tho it didn't come to be in this iteration
It's easy to blame government for not providing support but at the end of the day no one knows how a business would pan out tomorrow and you are essentially betting with tax payers money

This factory hasn't happened because nobody wants electric cars, the great climate emergency scam is starting to unravel, the private financiers know this because they knew it was a scam before we did. Also I live in the north east surrounded by wind turbines in every direction you look, rarely do you see all the blades turning, take today for example, I drove past a six turbine wind farm and not one of them was in operation, why..?? because there wasn't a breath of wind, millions of pounds of taxpayers money standing idle, putting nothing into the national grid, wonderful eh…
@iguanaman08
January 14, 2024 at 12:43 pm
So they need 10 of these plants by 2030 and have built only one. They are too expensive and will never show a return on investment. That's why only one so far.

Is this the Manufacturer that received £100 Million in Government [ Taxpayers ] Money ? Did the Directors , like those from the Rover Car Company , walk away as Millionaires ? If there was Money to be made , the Entreprenuers would be lining up with their Backers , but , nowadays , just Spivs latching on to the Taxpayer Teats .

The real problem here is this whole industry is falsely based. Anthropogenic Global Warming is a load of rubbish, and that's becoming clearer and clearer as time goes by. If BEVs cannot stand on their own merits, what's the point?

You can guarantee it will be built from foreign investment & all profits will end up overseas & a few years down the line it will be closed & production shipped to Europe or China.
@shadybad9836
January 14, 2024 at 12:43 pm
This head line graber is wrong, they have not lost hundreds of jobs as the factory has not been built yet, so obviously the jobs were not there

The British problem once again; lack of long term financial investment which allows foreign competition to steal the markets.
This venture is in the National interest and presses all the right buttons so why not have super attractive incentives to attract those ready to take a punt in return for possibly lucrative rewards.
