“Britain’s MOST EXPENSIVE Airbnb” – Will Kensington MOCKS the STATE of the UK
Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.
This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.

The big secret is, renewable green energy costs more and the grid infrastructure is way behind the curve, they have definitely put the cart before the horse.

£350 pound a year in standing charges. Electric £200 standing charge. Gas £150 standing charge. Meter rent for using my gas and electric complete rip of. Needs scrapping ASAP. 💯😠

Absolutely nothing wrong with prepayment meters, had one for 5 years, best thing I ever did. Its saved me a fortune in quarterly bills. I don't get bills any more it's brilliant. Thing is you've got to keep em topped up, just keep watching the meter, couple of times a week check how much you have left on. Top up accordingly.

If you do not pay any bill there are consequences. Should the rest of the population pay for those who can’t/won’t pay?? Would that be fair.

pre payment meters were designed for the poor as only home owners can pay a credit type bill. All flats were fitted with the old 50p meters.

January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
he finds its weird? the government do not give us anything, its OUR money in the first place. Where do the government get their money from, money trees? The reason its so expensive is because the government must have shares in the energy companies and giving the Ukraine issue its the perfect BS excuse to get the furlough money back. Mr Farage for president I say.

Dont pay your electricity bill. Instead buy a ticket to France, catch a boat across the channel and live in a 4 star hotel with dental care. Free money and hospital care. All board. You can also not pay your bill and send more money to the corrupt Zelenesky.

It’s an absolute disgrace what this Government has done to the British people and just proves they don’t care a shit. I find this absolutely disgusting and the greed and corruption in Britain unforgivable. Over 7 million a day for illegal immigrants and climbing, we give millions to China etc (Why!) our political people need to get a grip a.s.a.p. Before the the people turn on them-I say enough is enough.

Smart meters are a con…. I have never read anywhere in the info sent to me about having one installed that they can just switch you off remotely if you fail to pay your bills. With a normal meter they have to get a warrant.
I was with SSE and they sold my account to OVO energy who are disgusting and without my knowledge or consent changed my terms and conditions. I was with SSE because they were one of the few companies that were British owned but now I can't move as its hard to find a supplier who is British but no companies are allowing you to move. This govern!ent has sold us out and I bet these politicians are profiting from this some where down the line. We should not be paying their elect bills. I'm fortunate enough to be able to switch my electrics off so I was really pleased to get my lastest bill from OVO and paid "zero."

It's up to the energy companies what they charge and I can't believe Farage, who has always championed the free market, is complaining. The only way to force energy companies to charge less is to introduce regulation, but Britain voted overwhelmingly for less regulation. If people struggle with the these new realities so be it. The British people are sick of government interfering in the buisness of private enterprise.
@anthonywilson8998

One generator will produce as much electricity as 760 turbines over a long period. It will also last longer and be constant. Green energy only works to 30% efficiency and has to be backed up by fossil. Or. Nuclear.
@anthonywilson8998
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
Net zero is pie in the sky. See Michael Kelly on you tube. We need more fossil fuel to provide power for electrification of everything. So obvios really. Even without looking at how we cope in large hospitals and schools etc with common blackouts when standby generators are banned. Batteries not viable and also not enough materials to move to elec vehicles for every purpose.

@lewis123417
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
Ultimately most people on prepayment meters are on them because they couldn't pay a monthly bill. Since when did farage and the right think people shouldn't have to pay their debt? If they didn't forcibly put these meters in there would be no incentive to reduce their energy usage to reasonable levels and judt continue to run a debt without ever paying for it. Using the same logic why don't you force telephone companies to continue to provide services to customers who don't pay? Arguing against prepayment meters is counterproductive and increadibly short sighted
@christopherfitzgerald774
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
The completely unnecessary daily standing charge adds £45 per quarter to everyone's electricity bills. This should be done away with, it's just extra profit for the energy suppliers. We the consumers are being ripped off royally for everything to do with powering our homes especially when it comes to heating and the government is complicit in this as they continue with their nonsense net zero agenda. I wonder how many MPs ar shareholders in energy companies and are looking forward to a nice little earner in dividends?

The government needs to do something to stop these strikes, I am talking about the energy companies striking, refusing to suppy their service to the people that pay them. That is no different to what the rail workers are doing but the lying politicians are doing nothing about the striking energy companies.
@simonmaverick7018
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
The inability of wind and solar to provide ALL of our energy needs means we have to have expensive backup systems to fill in when required hence the cost. A complete failure of government and subservience to the Green lobby. Now there talking about banning gas boilers and you’ll all have to pay for a Ground or Air sourced heat exchanger at god knows what cost to provide lower water temperatures in your home as they don’t get hot enough. We have abandoned all common sense.

@Jed65
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
No it isn't because of debt, if a meter is already installed when you move into social housing, energy companies refuse to remove them and why are energy companies not giving out the monthly voucher to those on key meters on time if at all in some cases
@DavidGetling
January 13, 2024 at 12:13 pm
People are put on prepayment meters for one reason only. They cannot be trusted to pay for the electricity they have used! They are cut off for for one reason only. They haven't paid for electricity they use, or intend to use. Those of us who are honest and decent and pay our bills don't want to have them go up even more, to pay for the cheats!
