The Gucci woman designed by Frida Giannini seems to be jumped off from a pre-Raphaelites allegories by Edward Burne-Jones and Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
Long and savage hair seems to framing the sensually romantic faces marked only by swollen red lips.
The collection is characterized by the stylized floral fantasy of the typical Victorian tapestry also seen in the men’s collection inspired by the damned poets of the late nineteenth century.
The sheen of velvet and satin on the long dresses and pants was alternated with the damasked texture of the daywear suits.
