Would I be amiss thinking that the ECHR backing down is either a pat on the head for good boy Rishi or mission accomplished?

  6. @gargk999

Probably only because Germany, Denmark and other EU countries are starting to do the same thing.

Get the machine guns out and make the INVADING ARMY run back whence they came! The Greek Navy is turning rubber dinghies full of INVADERS around and back to Turkey, followed by a hail of machine gun fire! Why is the Not So British Navy and Not So British Government so inept?

Rwanda is a hoax, the governments own website clearly states that this is only a refugee exchange program, for each one sent too Rwanda we have agreed to take one of theirs, so there will still be as many here, just different ones, all this and the government have just announced they are increasing immigration too over 200,000 per year, the destruction of the indigenous demographic continues at pace, Rwanda is nothing but a slight of hand trick, and too many people are falling for it.

Anyone that commits a serious crime within 24 months of arriving should be sent to prison and removed immediately after sentence, no appeal just removed, thats the law.

The idea that a foreign court still has the power to over-rule the UK government and Supreme Court 7 years after the Brexit referendum shows just how much our political class have betrayed us.

  30. @vonryansexpress

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

  36. @dennisblake2498

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

Good. But we should still leave the ECHR and make our own through our laws and legislation. Declaration of human rights bill etc

  37. @cavanoconnell9572

  40. @KevinArdala01

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

You've got to wonder what will happen in Rwanda when the new migrants start predictably harassing and assaulting the girls and women there? I'm pretty certain it won't be tolerated like it is here… And if they do behave in this very predictable way then why should anyone, anywhere, be expected to take them!?

  41. @MARTINA-gc3tq

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

Why aren’t they flown to their home countries?

  42. @georgewarner5496

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

The ECHR is a set of over-flexible rules that are arbitrarily used to decide the meaning of fairness, unfairness, justice and injustice. And because the individuals who enforce the ECHR laws are not morally-well-adjusted or rational thinkers, the effects of their so called law enforcement are sometimes blatantly evil. Sometimes their aim is not rational fairness but an artificial pretended fairness which in real terms simply means : a certain individual getting his or her own way at any cost. Confucius said : Clever talk can confound the working of moral force just as a little impatience can spoil great plans.

  43. @letsgobrandon614

  45. @ianreid

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

The ECHR should have no say in what the UK anyway and its the P poor politicians who should have done what the people asked. FULL BREXIT NO EU LAWS AND CONTROL. Guess most just wants snouts in trough take the money and do jack all about making UK laws themselves. Time to clear out the whole bunch and lets have real working politicians doing what they are paid for and doing as what the people ask as they work for US not themselves

  46. @retrochris8107

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

    let them sink

  47. @Parawingdelta2

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

I've got children, grandchildren and one great grandchild. The last thing I would want to see is children come to harm or suffer in any way. These people who pass through safe countries and hop on a dinghy and set out over the channel with their kids are using that sentiment as a shield. That's a failure to provide care for their kids. What would happen to a British citizen if they neglected their children?

  48. @clandonald1498

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

This is because Germany bnow plans to send illegal migrants back we ne3d to get a grip b3f🎉the people of the UK rise up

  49. @williamthompson4389

    January 12, 2024 at 3:20 am

This Government have proved that they are only good at one thing – COMPLETE FAILURE. We desperately need REFORM and the sooner the better.

If Strasberg Judges do attack the UK Government over deportations to a Foreign Country, They'll also have to attack Germany as well, won't they?
