Somali special forces gain ground against al-Shabab extremists – BBC News
There have been a lot of sanctions programmes against Iran. But this week US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced Operation Economic Outcast, which promises to go further than ever before.
It will punish not just Iran but any country helping Iran – including China. It is the Trump administration’s latest attempt to end the war. Will it work?

Thirty US states are suing Meta for over $1 trillion, accusing it of knowingly designing Instagram and Facebook to be addictive and harmful to children, while concealing what it knew.
If they win, it could force Meta to overhaul the platforms for good, ending features like “like” counts, infinite scroll and autoplay video.

At least 224 people are dead and a state of emergency has been declared after Colombia was hit by one of its largest earthquakes in years.
The death toll is likely to rise, with more feared trapped under collapsed buildings.
The magnitude 7.4 quake struck at 07:34 (12:34 GMT) at a depth of 103km (64 miles) in Chocó province, the country’s geological service said. It was felt across an enormous area, stretching for hundreds of miles across western Colombia.
Many of the deaths have been concentrated in Cali, Colombia’s third most populous city.

Al Shabab is an CIA/Mossad/MI6 Operation to destabilize Somalia and the whole Region. The Somali Government should make pressure on the US and Israeli Government to stop these kind of False Flag Operations. US General Wesley Clark wrote in his Book, that after 11/9 the Pentagon received a list of 10 Countries including Somalia, from the United States Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, that these Countries had to be attacked, amongst other things, with these kind of false flag attacks. And since that time they are doing this. From their Experience in creating Al Kaeda, they went on and created al lot of these Organisacions like ISIS, Dash, Boko Haram, Al Shabab and so on. Same Script with new Name. All Governments should make Pressure on The CIA/Mossad/MI6 to stop the Terror. And Blaming Islam and Muslims for the CIA/Mossad/MI6 Terror is also an Evil act. Al shabab have done more good for the Somali community then the government have done the last 30 years….. The city they control have food and safety people are moving there willingly. BBC it’s not an attack on Islam it’s an attack on people with integrity and is practising Muslims. The American know if al shabab wins this war they will not be able to bribe them money is not what they seek. They seek a spiritual clarity inspired by our prophet Muhammad swc..
