For those of you who are arguing about fish sauce and lime. In Thailand we use fish sauce in almost all of our dishes. We also use lime as a garnish for our fried rice. Yes we squeeze it in our fried rice along with additional chili fish sauce (น้ำปลาพริก) then you mix them all together. The best👍

Soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and ajinamoto are the main ingredients besides rice, egg and garlic. No vegetables needed but only spring onion as garnish.
