You could tell by his entire attitude and demeanour that the head chef of this place was taking the owner for a ride. He knew he didn't have to do shit and would still get paid without the owner ever checking to see anything was correctly done.

Funny thing is when Gordon says "Rule #1" it literally is rule 1. I've done food hygiene courses and literally first thing you learn is keeping raw and cooked food well away from each other

Holy crap they need to label everything and have a system for managing the freezer. They didn't just put the raw chicken next to the cooked chicken, they put it ON TOP OF the raw chicken in the SAME CONTAINER. Imagine having your blatant health code violations on national tv.
