Get some slendertone shorts, after a while they'll eliminate lower back pain from sitting without any real exercise at all. Although real exercise helps too.

The BBC focus more on how to conduct yourself in the workplace to avoid contracting COVID. Or, how to commute to work in the safest manner? I don't think the BBC has noticed that many people don't have the luxury of staying at home and have more things to worry about than a little ache.

Trump threatens to bomb Oman and demands Iran surrender | BBC News

Published

on

President Donald Trump has threatened to bomb Oman – a US ally – if it “gets in the way” of his administration’s own talks with Iran, Fox News reports.

The US and Oman have separately been negotiating with Tehran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a waterway that is vital to the global economy. It has been largely closed for nearly six months during the US-Iran war.

The threat came after the 60-day Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two sides expired. The future of talks between the US and Iran is now unclear.

Poland’s president is among those calling for Ukraine to be granted EU membership, as an estimated 200,000 refugees have crossed into Poland.

One couple at the border, originally from Morocco and living in Ukraine, told the BBC how they have spent over 24 hours on a train followed by a 70km walk to reach the border where refugees were separated into different queues, one for Ukrainians and one for non Ukrainians.
