BBC’s Lyse Doucet visits Gaza where during the last conflict with Israel, more than 2,000 people were killed and 18,000 homes destroyed. 73 Israelis also died. It’s now 6 months since a ceasefire was declared and tens of thousands still have no shelter. International donors pledged more than $4bn for the reconstruction of Gaza, but little of the money has arrived. As our Chief International Correspondent Lyse Doucet has been finding out, most Gazans feel that a new war is inevitable.

A Russian drone hit an apartment block in Romania causing a fire and wounding two people, officials say.
The incident happened on Friday in the town of Galati – close to Romania’s eastern border with Ukraine and Moldova.
Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte said “Russia’s reckless behaviour is a danger to us all”, while European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Russia’s “war of aggression had crossed yet another line”.
Russian drones have strayed across Romania’s border a number of times during the four-year war with Ukraine, but it is the first time citizens from the Nato country have been hurt. Russia has yet to comment on the incident.

If I were a Palestinian I would fight for my homeland which was once vast and taken bit by bit by the colonialists, every Muslim fights for their rights, that's where the colonialists say Muslims are terrorists, and when non-Muslims seize their rights they are not called terrorists, May non-Muslims and Muslims live in peace without seeing the propaganda carried out by greedy people,

Hamas spends millions of dollars on tunnels and missiles. They should be spending it on building. The Arabs know what kind of chaos they create and don't want to deal with them at all. Can't say I blame them. What about the Palestinians in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Turkey etc. They live in camps and those countries don't want them either

The Koran is full of words to ill treat Christians, Jews, discriminate Women. Aggression to non-believers. Those Gazans have to rethink that Koran is not the whole truth and the only truth. It was composed of words of the Torah, the words of the traditions Arabs, rules made up by Muhammad himself, words menipulated and rewritten by the later followers. Not the words from Allah
