    Gordon you’ve smashed it, that filling looks amazing. I think shredding the lettuce and mixing the ingredients is a great idea. The sauce looks super good, I’m definitely trying these. Thank you .✅

    These look horrible. Why is he getting a pass just because he's famous? If anything, people should be more critical since that's his brand. What a soggy mess.

    Too much sauce makes them wrap wet but soaked the wrap anyway. Sure I've seen other chefs use those and use water on their finger to moisten them

    i actually prefer his way more than the more traditional way. mixing everything together saves so much time and makes it so much easier. the wraps, though, you definitely don’t need to soak them that long lol just a quick dip and by the time you have your filling laid out, it’ll be soft enough to roll.

    Chopping and mixing all the ingredients together is simular to Chopping and mixing Cobb salad ! This "technique " makes the final product/presentation look like vomit in a rice paper roll ;
    disgusting !!!

    Why he dip the whole things in a lot of water? Failure.
    After rolling the rolls why he stucks them straight together? All the rolls will be stick together and soggy. No no no

    I am vietnamese. I used to work at the restaurant in California and make these spring rolls. I think he put too much water for the rice paper and make it difficult to roll. In Vietnam , we use rice paper without dipping it in water because it's always humid.

    To buy all these ingredients costs $50..!!

    love it dont mind your version, need to roll firmer to much water on it and never stack them after just making it they stick to gether like glue lol. must been rushing.
