I made Gordon Ramsey's sliders just a few minutes ago along with his famous BBQ sauce it was to die for!!! OMG!! they were so delicious!!! I give this dish 10 stars!!!

I´ve done this bbq recipe but I changed the white onion to scharlotts and It worked just fine (also had some smoked chipotle to make som extra taste). Would also say it works with muscovado sugar (thats what I used).
