Microdosing: People who take LSD with breakfast – BBC News
Microdosing is when you take a tiny amount of psychedelic drugs – LSD or magic mushrooms usually – as part of your ordinary day. The drugs are illegal, and there is no medical evidence to say what the benefits or harms of it may be. But a small community of people in the UK are doing it anyway, and say it’s improving their lives. Some say it aids creativity and concentration and others argue it helps with their mental health problems. BBC Reporter Catrin Nye has been meeting the people that do it.

We have to be careful with shrooms and LSD but we have to be open for the potential as well. I think we are so much used to the harm of alcohol that we ignore it’s destructive potential with it’s many cases while we highlight the few accidents (yes, there are few) of psychedelics and not the many positive results. I hope we find more research about these substances

Individuals delving into their own consciousness, realizing they've been living in a metaphorical matrix, overcoming alcoholism without depending on pharmaceutical drugs to maintain sanity in this delusional world. needs an update where you bring people to canada and see whats happening with legal psychedlics in reality the companys selling microdose products are giving their consumers 5 micromoles. that half of a 150mcg square is actually likely 70/90mcg. I think in first second of this video you messed up.
