We have no international obligations. Ignore this trash "law" and do what needs to be done.

It’s purposely allowed to happen, why? So they can easily distract the gammons and get votes, rinse and repeat 🥱

The government have yet to come up with an answer for why other countries signed-up to the same agreements take far less (pro-rata) immigrants than we do. Example: UK 72% applications granted, France 2% applications granted. I smell a rat.

Membership of EConvHR is built into the Good Friday Agreement, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement and the devolution legislation. Getting out will involve disputes with RoI, the EU (likely trade war), the USA (goodbye to a trade deal) and the devolved administrations. It won't happen. Labour and LibDems would be opposed and the Tories would split.

Japan is violating United Nations charter and 1951 conventions. Japan took only 900 refugees in 40 years. So UK can ignore the rules too. Be like Japan!

The Tories only recently passed the 'Modern Slavery Act,' which makes it easier to claim asylum and harder to avoid deportation.

The UK needs to ditch the the Neo Liberal WEF Globalists agenda, but that will never happen, the whole of so called western world is controlled by them. For those still asleep, with no critical thinking brainwashed by MSM, watch alternative media, with real independent journalism. George Galloway on Moats, Redacted, The Duran, and guests. Colonel Douglas MacGregor, Chris hedges and many more. Watch Dr Nordangard on Ivor Cummins pod cast, called why the world has gone mad, a brief history of the west, from the early 50s, to date, Rockefeller Dynasty, to the WEF.

I love in the area this.poor man life was torn apart the man was raped and no one was charged.so these uninvited scum are free and the story was kept low key .incase any one of the unwanted felt bad. The ECHR was created to promote European citizens rights in Europe. It is now used to give greater rights to non-citizens who are not Europeans. 'Conventions' are NOT 'international law' they are mutual agreements.

The EU is NOT interested in co-operation, only control.

The ECHR – but also the Global Compact for Regular Migration.

A bit too late for tighter boarders isn't it the damage is done already.

I'm sure that the contributor here wouldn't object to a policy of deporting anyone who doesn't have at least ten generations of British ancestors …. NOT. What about Braverman, Patel, Zahawi, Cleverly, Javid, Raab, Sunak, Badenoch, Ghani? All one or two generations away from economic immigrant parents or grandparents – now these "foreigners" are destroying the lives of the most vulnerable people.

Scrap the Marrakech Treaty that Theresa May signed us for in 2019 without any public consultation or notification. It basically gives anyone the right to live in any country they choose to.

GBN only asks these questions to "diverse" people rather than the British people. You know, the channel it's supposed to be for.

The develop nations need to stop sending money and property for mineral and resources to developing nations. Nation must become producers are doom. Government giving government money is fruad when all government have the power to create dollars.

UK needs to ditch the ECHR. Brexit vote was for the UK to revert to the Laws of the Land and determine who we allow to settle in our country.
