yeah yeah i somewhat tried this, i have to say i never cooked befor, so i went shopping bought some eggs milk and all that stuff.
i ended up just mixing everything together and making one big ass giant pancake, tasted well tbh

Ok. I’m not a connoisseur of fancy pancakes, but the second one looked more like a sandwich wrap I’d get at subway (especially for putting crab in a breakfast item) and the third one, with lime? Id rather squirt lime juice in my eyes than eat it with my pancakes.

You must try Acadien Ploye, Gordon. There is a little restaurant in Frenchville Maine USA which is the king of Buckwheat Ploye making. They make a huge one every year to celebrate the Ploye tradition. We love them rolled up with just butter, however, you can treat them like any pancake sweet or savory. Traditionally you would eat them with just butter or with molasses / maple syrup and also with a pork paste Creton. However, no matter how you make them one is not enough. You being a lover of different different culture's cuisine you have to give this a try. They are a French Acadien delight that was in it's day a poor working man's treat and is still on the plate today of an Acadian family nearly at every meal. Absolutely delicious and healthy to boot. Gluten free.
