im confused, this doesnt look balanced, whats the source for carbohydrates? i can see good protein and veg but, idk doesnt seem as balanced as it could be. but to be fair she has restrictive dietary requirements.

I worked at an aviary as a volunteer during college and helped in food prep for the birds.
Those birds had the best diet ever and made me rethink my own.
