This was the issue that led the UK to threaten to break International law with the Internal Market Bill, so this agreement allows the UK to back down and potentially makes a deal between the two at least slightly more likely…

There is no such thing as „more possible“. Something is either possible or not. It is like being pregnant. You cannot be a little bit pregnant, or more pregnant. You are either pregnant or you are not. Maybe you wanted to say „more probable“ or „easier to achieve“ but „more possible“ is nonsense.

See while the northern Irish get a deal. The internal market bill undermines devolution. All political parties in Scotland except the tories oppose it. Therefore it is another step towards repression or more likely increase the majority in Scotland for independence. The brexit process is a classic example of the arrogance stupidity and English nationalism of the conservative party. A party that Will always put its survival and electoral success than the fate of the country it runs. While the international law breaking parts may have been removed. The law will only contribute to the cracks in the union and lead to its end.

Never forget that all of this happened because David Cameron needed to win the crazy vote and UKIP briefly convinced a tiny majority of the population that it was a good idea.

I love these videos, I feel sorry for +tldr News as their channel has basically has become Brexit and covid news, and both topics are doomed to negativity from the crazies, but you can hear how hard they try to keep it as neutral as possible. Although the semi-optimistic approach just makes me cry as there's literally nothing the government has done to show any positive outcome for any of this.

UK deserve an hard Brexit now, as European I would be majorly pissed off if a deal is reached in this 2 week left because I don't think the EU need to give anything away for the law breaking UK…

And in the same time, the UK

Regarding clauses 42 and 43, essentially, nothing has changed.
Under UK "law", the ministers can now interpret and disapply the Northern Ireland protocol how they see fit. But they would end up being sued.
Just as they would if the other clauses had not been removed.

Either way, they cannot legally and practically do what they plan on doing without being sued.
