Gordon I tried this dish many years ago at a canal side pub called the shroppy fly in a village called audlem the chef came to the table and asked me and my friends to taste it, when he told us what it was I just wanted more so he made us a meal served it with boiled potatoes and parsley sauce it was out of this world. Your right everyone should try it and even the ugliest fish taste better. I love your videos keep up the good work and merry Christmas to you sir and your family. Bernard. Hull

Trust. This eel is so delicious the way to eat it is to use lots of other veggies and flavors, blend it all together and drink it as a vegetable shake, so you don’t actually need to eat the eel by itself. Even the eels texture is subtracted from the experience.
