Seriously. I just don't get it. You never ever take a bite of the food your cooking. I thought finally, when you held it up, you were going to do it today. But, No. I know it's weird, I just honestly, appreciate it when the cook taste what they made and to see their reaction to their meal. I won't be waiting any more. And, I will say it does look absolutely Deee-licious. Thank you for sharing.

Great recipe but be wary y’all of your fish sauce variety. Thai fish sauce has sugar in it, korean and vietnamese does not. So if it feels too sweet maybe you are using thai fish sauce so you should reduce the brown sugar

Made these tonight. They were great but the second those chilis hit the hot pan I nearly killed everyone in the house. That capsaicin is no joke!
