The government needs all the money back for illegal economic migrants who haven't done anything for the money.

I think we need to get our taxpayer's money back from Tory donors, bent Tory MPs and their mates. And if they don't have it then we should take their houses, shares, watches, jewellery, cars and put them in prison for good measure!

Someone needs to explain tack and trance to this guy on the show casje he clearly knows nothing about dwp, UC or a thing called "track and traceć which told all new UC claimants that they will have to provide documentation of who they are and what savings etc they have in the bank.
If they have under £16,000 it'll be OK but if you lied then sorry that's your fault for saying NO to your work coach when the question was asked.

  6. @sprinter1boy

    December 29, 2023 at 9:31 am

Cockup? It's not a Cockup, your asked when you setup UC over the pandemic that they will NOT ask for proof who you are but will ask for cocinents to be provided at a later date due to the pandemic.
That has since stopped, it will show millions of people who have committed fraud which sits at 6billion in lost money payed across benefits over the pandemic.
Durng the pandemic it was called "track and trance" no proof needed but you will be asked to provide the correct documentation at a later date ie passport, birth certificate, bank statements proving you don't have over £16,000 in your bank the day you made your claim etc etc.

I think DWP employees are also bamboozled by the multiplicity of alien cultures who often use this situation to operate scams. I suspect the level of fraud is astronomical and probably unknown.

DWP employs the stupidest people in the UK. As a result, claimants have to suffer. Almost every department has been reshuffled but the DWP remained the same. Get rid of Therese and Mims

They have been at this for years so have HMRC. A decade ago a friend of mine claimed tax credits for a short while. He queried the amount numerous times only to be told it was correct. At the end of the year they sent him a bill for 10 grand. Their behaviour is a disgrace.

  27. @rgs6236

    December 29, 2023 at 9:31 am

    It is definitely a scandal!

Universal credit are notorious for doing this. The level of incompetence from that department has no end.

How he brushes this off as a cock up when people that have to claim universal credit are straggling already and then are told by universal credit that any over payment has to be paid back in full… pronto!

The department of universal credit go to your employer and access your wages. You are expected to pay back the whole of the money in one hit!

They don’t even let u pay back the over payment in stages… THIS IS A SCANDAL!

  28. @fubar.1

    December 29, 2023 at 9:31 am

Let's see if DWP ask all politicians for there money back that they are not entitled to. They could look at Tony Blair, David Cameron, Gordon brown, Matt Hancock, that should bring in a few hundred million for starters.

Andy Burnham reacts to DEVASTATING Stourbridge fires as homes GUTTED: “Never seen anything like it”

Published

on

By

Andy Burnham has visited families in Stourbridge after seeing the scenes of houses devastated by fires.

The Prime Minister outlined his plans to support those affected by the destruction, as he issued a temporary ban on the sale of disposable barbecue.

The ban comes into force today.

Speaking about the fires in Stourbridge, he said: “I’ve never seen anything like it. I mean, I dealt with wildfires in Greater Manchester, but nothing on this scale. I’ve never seen scenes like this in Britain, where you just see a whole house gutted, smouldering.

“And I met one of the families whose house had gone up in that in that way, so you can imagine how distressing that is for for them, and you feel for them and their kids, and not to go elsewhere.

“You know, it’s just unbelievably devastating for people in this in this position. So that’s why I’m here. I just wanted to show that, you know, we’re on the ground.

“We understand how difficult this is for everybody, and we will put in place the support to help people get back to where they should be as soon as possible.”

We now live in GASLIT BRITAIN

Published

on

By

Mark Littlewood says “we now live in gaslit Britain” after it emerged the Home Office published a guide for illegal migrants on how “not to rape women”.

It is just one of the resources available in a collection titled: “Understanding behaviours and expectations in the UK: a guide for asylum seekers”.

Posters and information on rape, the age of consent and child abuse are among the guides to help asylum seekers “understand what is expected when living in the UK”.

The guidance highlights child rape is illegal “even if they look older” or if “it is allowed in another country”.

Speaking to Patrick Christys on GB News, political commentator Mark Littlewood said: “This pamphlet is extraordinary. And the reason I find it so extraordinary and disturbing is if you need that pamphlet, I don’t want you anywhere near my country.”

A Home Office spokesperson told GB News: “We expect everyone who comes to the UK to abide by our laws.

“If they do not, they will face consequences, including the refusal of their asylum claim and removal from the UK.

“Returns of failed asylum seekers have reached their highest level since 2010 under this Government.”

British burqa ban? GB News guest urges UK to follow Portugal

Published

on

By

Tiffany Marie Brannon has urged Britain to introduce a burqa ban after Portugal did so.

Portugal has banned face-coverings in public in a measure widely seen as a “burka law” targeting Muslim women.

President António José Seguro signed into law a bill that originated with the hard right-wing Chega party.

The policy was adopted by Lisbon in July with votes from the right-wing governing coalition and the hard right, while left-wing parties voted against it.

Speaking on The Late Show Live on GB News, Tiffany Marie Brannon argued that the issue raises wider questions about integration, cultural identity and the role of religious dress in British public life, as the debate over face coverings continues to divide opinion.
