Israel prime minister says country preparing for Gaza ground invasion – BBC News
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said in a televised speech that Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) are still preparing for a ground invasion, but did not give any clues as to the timing.
The IDF said military carried out a “targeted raid” in northern Gaza overnight on Wednesday, using tanks and bulldozers to enter the strip.
The IDF said the raid was in “preparation for the next stages of combat”.
The UN’s agency for Palestinians has warned that supplies are running low across Gaza, while its humanitarian coordinator says “nowhere is safe”.

US hits ‘dozens’ of Iranian sites in strikes, as Iran targets US bases in region | BBC News
The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
The military said it struck “air-defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone capabilities, and small boats”, using aircraft, ships, and drones – including “one-way attack sea drones for the first time”.
“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.
In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

Trump demands 20% toll on cargos passing through strait of Hormuz | BBC News
President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.
He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.
Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.
Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.
The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

US launches more strikes on Iran and resumes naval blockade of ports | BBC News
The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.
Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.
President Trump announced that he was scrapping a plan he had announced a day earlier, for placing a 20% toll or tariff on all cargos passing through the strait of Hormuz.

Do they allow help to the civilians to come in or do they deny it for the same reason said as was the case with delivering fuel? They´ll deny such deliveries due to the fact that the risk for it ending up with Hamas is too big. Can´t they make supervised transports that goes directly to the hospital and demand that Hamas stays out of any interference with it, just a thought.
The support for Hamas in general may be strong or not from the public and that i personally have no facts about but if Israel makes a dirty or a some what more humanitarian warfare in Gaza will or could secure any world opinion, maybe.

The IDF killed many of the HOSTAGES on October 7 in the Be'eri Kibbutz…. Hostage eye witness TESTIMONIES tell of tank shells fired into homes where militants and hostages were taken. This is an IDF tactic of battle…. hostages are not to be considered during battle at the expense of killing the enemy…. the Hannibal Directive.

This article worth sharing.
Should I support Israel or Palestine?
I am an Israeli, and as an Israeli, I should, with a heavy heart, suggest you support the Palestinians. Why? Because, unlike Israel, they need your support.
I don’t want to talk about history. Both sides can provide good arguments as to why this piece of land is theirs by right. I don’t want to go into who’s responsible for the conflict – both sides will provide countless examples of the atrocities inflicted on them by the other side.
I want to talk about the here and now. The fact is that there are currently 9 million Israeli citizens (6 million of them are Jews) who live in a relative comfort: they can go, live and work wherever they want inside Israel. Israel is a democracy, so we’re free to elect and out-vote our leaders in case we don’t like how they manage our affairs. In addition, because Israel is a recognized member of the UN, an Israeli citizen is free to use their passport to travel and trade with the rest of the world.
The 5 million Palestinians living in Gaza and The West Bank, on the other hand, do not enjoy those freedoms. They practically live in an occupied territory which is governed by Israel, but was never officially annexed. That means they do not enjoy the rights of Israeli citizens (they are not citizens after all), but they are forced to live their lives based on decisions made by Israeli politicians and army generals. They cannot build houses or start new businesses outside their current cities, they have to get permits to work inside Israel or to travel abroad, and their borders are controlled by Israel, so they can’t import and export goods and cultivate a healthy economy. They are basically completely reliant on their Israeli occupiers. The Palestinians tried to revolt many times – either by force or in diplomatic manners. But all their attempts have failed miserably by the much stronger Israel.
Ask the average Israeli about it, and they’ll tell you that the Palestinians have brought it onto themselves. Considering the horrible violence showed in the past by the Palestinians and the other Arabic countries – Israel would be crazy to give up on its right to defend itself. They may be right, but it doesn’t change the fact that there are 5 million people who are the citizens of no country and who live under occupation. I suspect that even if the Palestinians will promise to never use violence against it – Israel will never trust their word and give up on its control. Things will only change if people like you will support the Palestinians’ right to live like any other citizen in any other normal country in the world. It doesn’t mean you should support Palestinian violence though, but do support, and demand, their right to be free.
So support Palestine. Otherwise, things will never change.

Every drop of blood shed over 75 years was caused by the hateful British occupation rule back then, which gave land it did not own to those who did not deserve it at the expense of its owners, and now they are giving us lessons in humanity. What a mockery.
