Nope. If our economy was a building that would be a crack. There will be another crack. Maybe another. Then we will get a collapse. Politicians with their actions/political decisions and the financial groups actions/decisions are responsible , not the people. Prosecutions.

Your money has been syphoned off into the Ukraine

The BofE is just saving their skin the financial world as we know it is going down for the benefit of us the ordinary people and not the Kazarian Rothschild ponzi banking empire so hold onto your hats because the world will never look the same again

Everybody derided Erdogan in Turkey for this exact policy. But I have just got back from a business trio there and there is a visible increase in the number of manufacturing companies and their business activity is high. If you want to rebuild our economy manufacturing is the only way out. Trussanomics is not Keynesian it is Rothbartian. We will be a haven for European manufacturing companies…

Only until October 14th. Then the BoE stops. Then if the panic resumes, watch it spread.

Sounds like Soros has raided the BoE again?

Amazing how they can create £65 billion out of thin air but send people to prison for the slightest tax evasion

How can a few people in positions of power do this and remain unpunished ? Truss and friends should be kicked out and brought to court. Instead everybody is nervously quacking, hoping someone else will save the day…

What are the consequences / loss for the public purse with BoE having gone thru this pain….not good!

    December 26, 2023 at 5:01 am

What they are doing is a conscious decision to harm pensions and everything else

    December 26, 2023 at 5:01 am

Yes, destroying our economy through massive inflation is a great idea. 🙄

Somebody's got to pay for net zero, lockdown, immigration, Ukraine, etc.
Might as well be the generation least likely to complain.

Panic another day. When your pension is deemed worthless after rampant hyperinflation. Greenspan famously said we will guarantee pensions, but we won’t be able to guarantee purchasing power. When a coffee costs you 100 pounds your pension is useless. Truss just delayed the inevitable.

    Stop giving billions to Ukraine.

as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.

This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.
