If Mr Rishi becomes Prime Minister of the UK , maybe next year the party will break up again because Rishi has many negative aspects. I think it would be good for the British people and the new generation if the foreign Secretary Ms Liz Truss becomes UK Prime Minister. Mr Rishi and his wife does tax invasion.
Petrol price is as high as £1.95p per litre and food and housing prices are now impacted by inflation but no one seems to care. What did Mr Rishi do when he was finance minister? Using the Russia vs Ukraine war and covid-19 as excuses? Please do something for the British middle class and lower class people. Most British Prime Ministers and MPs lives in luxury when they were in power. They do nothing for the lower class, a real shame for all British people.🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

It's interesting you say that "the deep state" is a US conspiracy theory, because, when I think about it, the basic concept was kind of illustrated by the British 1970s sitcom "Yes, Minister"/"Yes, Prime Minister". To be clear, I'm not saying that's where the idea comes from, and it's certainly not the word comes from, but one of the central themes of that show was that the unelected civil servants had there own ideas about what the government should do, and did there best to control, confuse, and hide their actions from the elected ministers, who they saw as incompetents put in power by the uneducated masses. Thus, the civil service in that show is, essentially, "the deep state", and that's the first place that I, an American, ever saw this idea.

1:26:33 Russia, Syria, North Korea, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia recognize the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics as INDEPENDENT SOVEREIGN STATES, NOT AS "RUSSIAN TERRITORY", and, of course, the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics recognize themselves and each other the same way. (In fact, they voted NOT to join Russia, in a referendum that may have been intentionally misconstrued as a vote to leave Ukraine.)
That being said, Russia does of course claim Crimea as it's own territory, and Russia has set up at least 3 different temporary "military-civilian administrations" (вое́нно–гражда́нскую администра́ции) to govern other parts of Ukraine it is currently occupying, and I don't know how other states, or even Russia, view all of these officially.
I'm not sure that other states regularly "recognize" which country owns territory that they don't themselves claim, especially if they don't even border it themselves (I think only Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Artsakh, and Transnistria have, other than Russia), but actually quite a few states and leaders of States seem to have supported Crimea's independence and then accession into the Russian Federation. (Armenia, Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe all voted against the UN Resolution condemning it, and Wikipedia seems to thing Afghanistan (not Taliban), Burundi, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar expressed "pro-Russian" stances, though it doesn't elaborate except that Afghan President Hamid Karzai said "we respect the decision the people of Crimea took through a recent referendum that considers Crimea as part of the Russian Federation.")
I doubt Russia even officially claims the land their occupying under "military-civilian administrations", but they obviously think their "military-civilian administrations" are right to govern them at least temporarily. I can't say who else agrees, but Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Russia, and Syria all voted AGAINST United Nations General Assembly Resolution ES-11/1, which condemned Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine, kind of implying that they actually support the invasion, which anyone could predict would involve setting up at least some temporary governments for occupied regions. In addition to this, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burundi, the Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Madagascar, Mali, Mongolia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe all abstained, while Azerbaijan, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Eswatini, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Morocco, Togo, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela were "absent" (Venezuela actually having had it's right to vote suspended, officially for failing to pay dues for the past 2 years). Since these countries didn't explicitly vote FOR condemning Russia, it's possible they might also support Russia's "military-civilian administrations" in some way (especially in the case of Venezuela, who might have voted "against" if it wasn't barred from voting). For that matter, technically countries that did voted for condemning Russia's invasion might technically support them as better than not even trying to govern, and indeed most probably do. Also, it is technically possible to vote against the UN condemning the Russian invasion and still not support Russia's "military-civilian administrations", so I can't really say much for sure about this.

Boris Johnson can brag about how the Tories had the largest win with him in charge, but we all know it's because of Brexit and the news pushing lies about Labour and Corbyn because (1) he's not a born part of the elite, (2) Labour wanted to scrap news licenses so obviously MSM didn't want them in to be able to do that, and (3) the MSM are largely tory and all controlled by the same tory supporter, and (4) they wanted Brexit, and people ate it all up so they voted Tory. And even people who didn't pay attention to the news, many of them were probably Brexiteers who wanted Johnson to lead us out of the EU instead of Corbyn who wasn't aggressive towards the EU. And as I've said in many comments, there's a HUGE problem of people voting due to personality and meme-worthiness.
People cared so much about Labour's supposed "anti-semitism", but gave NO thoughts towards the Tory's xenophobia, because (1) the country is racist and only cares about marginalisation when it comes to majority white-passing religions and groups, and (2) the news' non-stop push about Labour's "anti-semitism" were a distraction from the Torys' problems including xenophobia.
