‘Sometimes it takes a PhD in economics not to be able to understand the obvious’ | Dr. Arthur Laffer
Dr. Arthur Laffer on Income Inequality and Taxation
Dr. Arthur Laffer discusses the concept of income inequality and its relationship with taxation. He argues that income inequality can be reduced by both the rich and the poor becoming wealthier, as opposed to everyone becoming poorer. Laffer points out that raising the highest marginal income tax rates tends to underperform the economy and make the poor even poorer. He emphasizes that rich people play a significant role in job creation and economic growth and suggests that the focus should be on letting them concentrate on what they do best, rather than imposing higher taxes.

So he's saying the rich are going to weasle out of their financial obligations to our government (and entire economic system), so we should just basically LET THEM??? Ridiculous.
He's one of the "hired hands" he spoke of, to make their point for them.
He brags about working with Reagan. It's been long proven that "trickle down" theory doesn't work. Look at the continued income disparity since that time.
Sometimes it takes a PhD in economics to continue to pull the wool over people's eyes… 🙄

Arthur Laffer has spent his life trying to tell stupid lefty idiots the literal facts of economic life; but they don’t want they hear reality; their fantasies are more important to them.
