Libya floods leave more than 5,000 people dead – BBC News

A Russian drone hit an apartment block in Romania causing a fire and wounding two people, officials say.
The incident happened on Friday in the town of Galati – close to Romania’s eastern border with Ukraine and Moldova.
Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte said “Russia’s reckless behaviour is a danger to us all”, while European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Russia’s “war of aggression had crossed yet another line”.
Russian drones have strayed across Romania’s border a number of times during the four-year war with Ukraine, but it is the first time citizens from the Nato country have been hurt. Russia has yet to comment on the incident.

Seems like very heavy rain is happening often lately. How many other dams are on the verge of collapse. I did some looking & there are a few that are very troubled. Hope to find solutions that protect humans, other creatures & environment. People rise to top leadership to gain power, prestige & wealth while citizens suffer. How will Libyan people handle this?
