Ex-gang boss Duane “Keffe D” Davis sentenced for orchestrating Tupac Shakur’s murder | BBC News
Former gang boss Duane “Keffe D” Davis has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for orchestrating the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in a drive-by shooting in 1996.
The key evidence in the case were Davis’ own words, in which he repeatedly and publicly acknowledged being inside the white Cadillac from where the deadly shots were fired.
A jury found him guilty in September of one count of murder with a deadly weapon. Davis has said he will appeal the verdict.
His conviction was the first in a cold case that has intrigued hip-hop fans for nearly 30 years.

Pope Leo XIV has been diagnosed with lung cancer and has had surgery to remove a lower lobe of his right lung, the Vatican has said in a medical bulletin.
The 71-year-old underwent a 90 minute operation on Tuesday at Rome’s Gemelli Hospital and was subsequently diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma.
The lump was first detected during what the Vatican has described as “routine checks”.
Earlier, large crowds gathered outside the hospital to greet the Pope, with some waiting for several hours. They cheered greetings and well wishes as he passed, while he waved and smiled back through the lowered back window of his car.
He was then met by staff on the hospital steps. “I’m sorry,” one of them commiserated, to which the Pope gave a smile and a shrug. “We’re here for you,” he was assured.
In its statement, the Vatican said the whole lower lobe of the Pope’s right lung was removed “to ensure the procedure was radical”.
A Vatican source told Agence France-Presse news agency that further tests are being carried out to see if there was any sign the cancer had spread.
Leo XIV announced news of his operation to the world on Sunday, without at that time confirming that he was suffering from cancer. Speaking from the balcony in St Peter’s Square after delivering the traditional Angelus blessing, he said the nodule, or growth, on his lung was “contained” and had been found “at a very early stage”, but that doctors had advised him to have it removed.
Nodules are quite common and not necessarily cancerous, but after it was examined the medical team confirmed it was pulmonary adenocarcinoma, “as suspected by pre-operative tests”, the Vatican said. It said that the pontiff, who is generally thought to be fit, had no symptoms of infection or illness.

I'm undecided about the cause behind the pathogen source and the reason for it. So far, I'm absolutely certain we'll never know the reason s behind it or anything else for that matter when relying on BBC News for 'answers'.
For example, I've just watched Atkins on BBC News website pathetically try to explain away the reasons behind the HGV driver crisis here in the UK.
Atkins fails to explain the main reason behind it: PAY! (or rather the lack of it!).
There are tens and tens of thousands of licensed HGV drivers in the UK who are able to drive a HGV tomorrow. Yet they chose not to because of lack of pay, lack of amenities (toilet/showers) and a whole raft of logistical and financial barriers beyond BREXIT and Covid ( which compound the issue)..
In summary, BBC News is a government spiel machine that should only be listened to as part of a more exacting and superior journalism that exists elsewhere.

I'm no apologist for Xi or the CCP, but the timing of this piece looks very dodgy to me.
The BBC I feel has really lost the plot when it comes to objectivity, it's just opinion 'journalism' like you get on Fox. Which at least you decide to pay for, or not, whereas if you own a TV paying the BBC isn't optional – it's a legal requirement.
I'm still amazed frankly that this is the case in 2021. The TV license needs binning.

I already investigated and found that COVID's from damaged lung cells, when damaged by heavy metals in the atmosphere the lung becomes more susceptible to minor infections. Strongly, the Western governments spray us with Cd and Pb as well as add it to agricultural food, not to mention the petroleum industry and other metal working excreting these into the environment.
