But we are constanly told mass migration and more migrants brings higher GDP profits growth and prosperity yet after over half million extra people in a year to the UK we only have 0.1% growth. So the only postive thing of mass migration has been proven a total lie.

The UK is 26th in the world with manufacturing per capita, so behind spain, Slovenia, Iceland, Belgium, Netherlands…in short, our manufacturing is pathetic and below the EU average!

Utter BS, the UK indeed all US Hegemonic countries are heading for the biggest financial crash since the 20s. The corrupt Global central banking system has been on a cliff edge since the Bank heist of 2008, and never recovered. Decades of printing worthless fiat money, with no back up, damaging Neo Liberal WEF Government polices. Shows all the signs of a collapsing Empire.

The UK is out of the failing EU project, of course we will recover

    £2.7 trillion debt. Stagnant wages.
10% inflation. Energy bills up 38%.
Mortgage rate trebled. House prices down 8%.
    Recession has NOT" been avoided"

After all the lies and deception of the past 3 years, can we even trust the economic figures that they give us ?

  18. @maryfountain4202

    December 22, 2023 at 12:52 am

The question really is why commodity prices have dropped despite the war in Ukraine, and whether the lower prices are sustainable, or a symptom of people and business cutting demand.

  19. @ukar69

    December 22, 2023 at 12:52 am

It's not a recession if you redefine what a recession is.

  20. @susanyoung3343

    December 22, 2023 at 12:52 am

    Come on reform

  21. @martynblackburn9632

    December 22, 2023 at 12:52 am

Winston Churchill once said if you put two economists in a room, you get two opinions, unless one of them is Lord Keynes, in which case you get three opinions.

    December 22, 2023 at 12:52 am

Reduced inflation will be no consolation to the businesses that collapse and people loose their homes. People don't measure their wealth by GDP figures and inflation rates. The number of businesses where I live that have collapsed seem to pass you people by😡.
I'll never vote Tory or Labour again
    Reform UK
