Houthi rebel attacks prompt shipping firms to avoid Red Sea routes | BBC News
Several shipping firms have rerouted their vessels from the Red Sea after ships were attacked by Houthi rebels in Yemen.
The world’s second largest shipping line, Maersk, said on Tuesday that it would reroute some of its vessels around Africa’s Cape of Good Hope.
The Red Sea is one of the world’s most important routes for oil and liquefied natural gas shipment, and analysts have warned the attacks could see a rise in prices.
The disruption has led the US to launch an international naval operation to protect ships on the Red Sea route.

US hits ‘dozens’ of Iranian sites in strikes, as Iran targets US bases in region | BBC News
The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
The military said it struck “air-defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone capabilities, and small boats”, using aircraft, ships, and drones – including “one-way attack sea drones for the first time”.
“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.
In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

Trump demands 20% toll on cargos passing through strait of Hormuz | BBC News
President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.
He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.
Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.
Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.
The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

US launches more strikes on Iran and resumes naval blockade of ports | BBC News
The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.
Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.
President Trump announced that he was scrapping a plan he had announced a day earlier, for placing a 20% toll or tariff on all cargos passing through the strait of Hormuz.

The wars in the middle east (Israel, Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, etc.) and in Ukraine will not end, but they will spread until the second coming of Jesus Christ. In these wars many nations (Russia, The USA, Ukraine, Israel, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Germany, etc.) and terrorist movements (such as Hamas, Houti rebels and Hezbollah) are involved. These conflicts will set the stage for a great and last war: the invasion of Israel by a group of nations. Satan, the master of deception, controls the threads of these wars. In Yemen, for example, the Houthis starve the population of Sanaa (the capital of Yemen). Then they use skinny children to “get donations through the UN”; all donations go to the Houthis, who let the skinny children starve to death. Something similar occurs in Gaza (where most of the humanitarian aid ends up in Hamas tunnels). The profecy, in the Bible, that refers to the current conflicts can be found in Revelation 9:13-21 “And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” (Revelation 9:13-21, LDS King James Bible [Latter-Day Saints King James Bible]).
The last of these wars (which is going to take place in a few years) will last for three years and a half according to Revelation 11:1-2: "I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months." (Revelation 11:1-2, LDS King James Bible [Latter-Day Saints King James Bible]).
The details of the last moments of that final war can be found in Zachariah 14:1-5: “Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east… and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.” (Zachariah 14:1-5, LDS King James Bible [Latter-Day Saints King James Bible]).

The "impact on carbon emissions" is the most brazen attempt at greenwashing the justification of the Israeli Offence Forces politicide and ethnocide of the Palestinian citizens of Gasa and the West Bank. The US taxplayers funded proxy war in Ukraine and Israeli annihilation of Palestine is driving up costs and consumer prices. Designating yet another local resistance group as 'terrorists' is the US war mongering playbook.

The "Operation Prosperity Guardian" is NOT going to work against Houthis in the Red Sea as it didn't work with the Taliban in Afghanistan.
If the Houthis fire a "barrage of missiles" and "Kamikaze drones" to words the Commercial Cargo ships and Navy ships/destroyers like Hamas did in Gaza toward Israeli cities and towns, the Navy ships won't be able to eliminate the Threats in the Air, and they will easily be targeted and hit.
Houthis, Hamas, and Hezobollah's strategies are to "overwhelm and paralyze" the Air Defence Systems with the "simultaneous firing of hundreds of missiles /drones" towards the cargo and navy ships.
The outcome will be "catastrophic" for Coalition Forces.
Saudis know they will be in "losing battles" with Houthis again and they are trying to avoid another humiliating defeat against Houthis.

The Yemenis are noble people, and they are the original Arabs. They have a long history of freedom, courage, and defense of the weak. They defend children and women who are subjected to extermination by any group and starvation by the occupying Zionists, with Western American support, driven by the ambitions of a backward, racist political and religious atmosphere. Freedom for Palestine 🍉✌️🇦🇪
