Most of the Environmentalists and the Just Stop Oil crowd, seem to think that oil = Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene and lubricants.. They don’t seem to understand that most of what we wear, use and live in, are also essential oil derivatives.. even wind turbines, and solar panels cannot be made without oil. Plastics, resins, solvents and literally hundreds of other every day products, cannot be made without oil. Green energy is great.. but you can’t make anything out of electricity.

Great news ,but when North Sea Oil was first found the government said it would make Britain rich and increase the standard of living all over the country like in the middle east.
