Krissy Cela shares a toning and sculpting at-home workout | Bazaar Body
With many of us spending more time than ever at home, and gyms closed for the forseeable, we’re having to rely on at-home workouts in order to stay strong, fit and healthy – whether you exercise for your body or your mind.
In order to give you something new to try this week, British fitness influencer and entrepreneur Krissy Cela, founder of the best-selling Tone & Sculpt app, has devised an exclusive full-body workout for Harper’s Bazaar readers. Cela’s journey into the fitness sector began as she studied for her law degree, which she completed in 2018 and which provided her with the knowledge to build her own business. Since its launch last year, her million-pound app now boasts a user base of over 200,000 people, and the trainer herself has amassed a following of almost 2 million on Instagram. The Tone & Sculpt app features a holistic approach to health and fitness which is tailor-made to each user to ensure that it’s accessible to those of all shapes, sizes and abilities.
