Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has apologised to a court for forgetting about biography briefing notes she gave to an aide, in her privacy case against the Mail on Sunday’s publishers.
The Appeal Court heard she had asked an aide to pass on information to the authors of a biography – despite having earlier said she “did not contribute” to the work.
Meghan said she had forgotten the events and had not intended to mislead.
Associated Newspapers is trying to overturn a ruling after it published a letter from the duchess to her father.
Meghan, 40, won her privacy case against the publisher of the Mail on Sunday earlier this year, when the High Court found its publication of the letter was unlawful.

I would say ，that is wrong that you pick a poor family or poor village as an example to represent whole China. People could move out from this village and get better life. They have many chances to upgrade their life. The problem is they don't want to leave their hometown.

Going local is one of the best things we can do when facing population growth. Keeping the farming, clothing industry and education sectors available and made in local communities will provide employment opportunities to each and everyone who has unique skills to contribute to the society in large while not missing their place and have to move out somewhere all the time for employment opportunities 🙏

However, the fact is that with government funding, there are already elevators and mountain roads, and the local area has been converted into tourist attractions for adventure enthusiasts to play. Residents also choose to climb ladders instead of taking mountain roads to save time.

All the people in this village are all offered new built apartments in a nearby town. Some of the people remain to prospect from the tourist visited from all over China. This village has become a famous tourist attraction.
