Andy Burnham reacts to DEVASTATING Stourbridge fires as homes GUTTED: “Never seen anything like it”
Andy Burnham has visited families in Stourbridge after seeing the scenes of houses devastated by fires.
The Prime Minister outlined his plans to support those affected by the destruction, as he issued a temporary ban on the sale of disposable barbecue.
The ban comes into force today.
Speaking about the fires in Stourbridge, he said: “I’ve never seen anything like it. I mean, I dealt with wildfires in Greater Manchester, but nothing on this scale. I’ve never seen scenes like this in Britain, where you just see a whole house gutted, smouldering.
“And I met one of the families whose house had gone up in that in that way, so you can imagine how distressing that is for for them, and you feel for them and their kids, and not to go elsewhere.
“You know, it’s just unbelievably devastating for people in this in this position. So that’s why I’m here. I just wanted to show that, you know, we’re on the ground.
“We understand how difficult this is for everybody, and we will put in place the support to help people get back to where they should be as soon as possible.”

We now live in GASLIT BRITAIN
Mark Littlewood says “we now live in gaslit Britain” after it emerged the Home Office published a guide for illegal migrants on how “not to rape women”.
It is just one of the resources available in a collection titled: “Understanding behaviours and expectations in the UK: a guide for asylum seekers”.
Posters and information on rape, the age of consent and child abuse are among the guides to help asylum seekers “understand what is expected when living in the UK”.
The guidance highlights child rape is illegal “even if they look older” or if “it is allowed in another country”.
Speaking to Patrick Christys on GB News, political commentator Mark Littlewood said: “This pamphlet is extraordinary. And the reason I find it so extraordinary and disturbing is if you need that pamphlet, I don’t want you anywhere near my country.”
A Home Office spokesperson told GB News: “We expect everyone who comes to the UK to abide by our laws.
“If they do not, they will face consequences, including the refusal of their asylum claim and removal from the UK.
“Returns of failed asylum seekers have reached their highest level since 2010 under this Government.”

British burqa ban? GB News guest urges UK to follow Portugal
Tiffany Marie Brannon has urged Britain to introduce a burqa ban after Portugal did so.
Portugal has banned face-coverings in public in a measure widely seen as a “burka law” targeting Muslim women.
President António José Seguro signed into law a bill that originated with the hard right-wing Chega party.
The policy was adopted by Lisbon in July with votes from the right-wing governing coalition and the hard right, while left-wing parties voted against it.
Speaking on The Late Show Live on GB News, Tiffany Marie Brannon argued that the issue raises wider questions about integration, cultural identity and the role of religious dress in British public life, as the debate over face coverings continues to divide opinion.

Paying taxes is not a virtue. Paying taxes funds terrorism, corruption, tyranny, mass invasion and our enslavement. Should we be funding terrorism?

Doing well those Tories – food prices sky high, can't get an NHS dentist, and waiting lists for Doctors / hospitals longer than ever ! How can they justify tax cuts when clearly the tax they are currently collecting, and managing of the economy, isn't funding services ?

What a joke they just try to make things look good for the voters and working people but it's all a farce, making people who can't work have to face losing their money or do work is a joke yes there may be some people who are doing wrong but I guarantee you it's the people who are honest who are hit the hardest. Out now general election now we the people don't want you here you've broken laws, put pressures on the people to take your vaccines, pocketed from all our misery and made a mockery of us while doing so. Cut taxes and inheritance tax for people who frankly are already rich enough. the assets anyone in the lower or even middle classes will get are nothing compared to the rich it's a joke they have assets and borrow against that. making money off businesses that get bailed out by the tax payer, paid for by the tax payer, and then those services squeezed effecting everyone including the tax payer but not only that it's the hard working public service workers who suffer. Can't get a GP appointment can't get a hospital appointment can't get help with any health issues then will be told you need to work or lose money pay full price for your prescription. It's a joke a total farce and an absolute scandal on the regular people of this country to line the pockets of already fat pocketed people. Covid was a scheme they handed out business deals to friends and family paid for by who… Yes the public. Energy crisis caused by their decisions and Involvement in wars abroad with only their interests in mind. Everything they have done is a joke. Now they may be slightly helping but that's a farce in itself it's too little too late and in fact everything has risen due the covid scheme and wars and climate crisis made structured by them hiked by them but taken down slightly to make it seem good. Building farces in schools and hospitals. Shutting and reducing public services like youth projects and youth clubs creating more crime for the less police to deal with joke. Get out now,!!!!!! Corrupt scheming srcuges brood of vipers indeed general election now. Hook the crooks

Interesting comment about tax increases as you have a bigger family. We should stop importing people from third world country’s and give tax breaks to our indigenous people to have larger families. This would have a massive positive effect on our country. Investing in our own people would stop all the problems we’re importing from around the world
@philipmichael4106

I would prefer to see a tax threshold rise to 20,000. Then poor care workers and other low paid workers, who have to work long hard hours would keep most of their money.

Wake up put heating on pay tax then pay pole tax I think everything you do in this country you pay tax and when you die you get taxed. And that's not all it is joke,

How is freezing personal allowance a tax cut ?
Inheritance tax is not an issue for most people.
Going around the world pledging our taxes to foreign countries and organisations is hardly prudent
