I would say continently allowed the banks to investigate and close accounts as they see fit!

So, Farage suggests let the criminals get away with it. What a snake oil sales man this man is, but people still want to buy it.

Stop believing this frauds bullshit. Couts shut him down because he didn’t have enough cash to bank with them

Nigel I'm glad you are covering this topic as people seem to be sleep walking into digital currency which is dangerous for ordinary people. Changing the topic I wish you would get Col Douglas Magregor or Scott Ritter on to talk about the Ukraine war. They are two of a few people who are exposing the lies around this conflict, and the narrative being spread by the mainstream media

  7. @stratfordbaby

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

The banks will just accuse you of being 'rude' at the branch and then cancel your account. It's all bollox.

  8. @stratfordbaby

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

I believe he's saying that the companies that check into the source of the funds are highly likely to be hacked themselves, having poor IT security, and then all the private details they collected about the source of the funds can be used by the hackers to initiate new fraud/theft. What a laugh!!!

LONDON, July 4 (Reuters) – Nigel Farage, the former Brexit party leader, said on Tuesday that British private bank Coutts had told him it was closing his accounts and had offered him a standard one with its parent group NatWest (NWG.L) instead.

Banks should close Rishi Sunak & Boris Johnsons accounts as they both bankrupted UK! Also close Tony Blair's account for the misleading parliament over Iraq war!

  16. @YouTubemessedupmyhandle

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

Money Laundering is a serious crime. The rich always do it and the EU always tries to stop it before Brexit.Brexit was about money laundering for the rich.

So why has the bank of England issued notes that can be washed as the paper money did not wash to good . But these plastic notes are great till you come to ironing they melt from the hot iron. Mmmmm at the least go crinkled.

  24. @marysisak2359

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

I would rather see money laundering rather than normal people losing their bank accounts.

  25. @romanheart8997

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

    Listen Nigel….

YOU can transfer YOUR Accounts to "BELIZE" and their banking System(is Pound Sterling friendly)….plus they will issue YOU their Credit Cards!.

The biggest trouble maker I've ever known . I'd throw him out the country . The EU was no good , our government and opposition are no good , our banks are no good , immigrants are no good. …. he's a negative influence and a burden on us . I really don't know what his motives are , but he has done his utmost to bring our country down .

The Farage cultists will never sleep nor eat over this.

  29. @fvb1369

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

Just start a deposit bank , the money won't be used for other purposes than storage and it's only stored for a fee instead of interest and no money will be loaned off. All profits of the bank will solaly come from the amount of money X fee , problem solved.

  30. @user-lz3vp8rq2s

One way to stop bank cancellations is to make a bank account a HUMAN RIGHT enforcement by the ECHR!'. Human Rights are just and right!

Oh look Farage is flogging his dead horse. He lied and is now trying to talk his way out of a situation he created, a situation that never existed.

  33. @razkhan2958

Money laundry is done by unclaimed money or fraud

  34. @john900ra3

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

id like to know if your accounts get closed, what happens to the funds in them. and if you are unable to open any other accounts there not just going to hand over the amounts in cash across the counter not with some of the amounts that have been mentioned ???

  35. @bendaniel2271

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

Set up your own chain of banks. You could call them Arran Banks.

  36. @petermach8635

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

Not "Could of" ……. it was my 94 year old mother who had to go through the entire money laundering rigmarole to get a solicitor to act for her in a property move, it's all getting beyond bonkers.

  37. @johnmoncrieff3034

    December 18, 2023 at 5:14 pm

The biggest Banks are the worst offenders of laundering money for the drug cartels. Just look at the number of major incidents there were a few years ago when the heads of a number of these Banks were charged and found guilty! It is not the normal account holders that are laundering money either in cash or in digital currency! Most of them are struggling to make ends meet and don't have the time or the inclination to get involved in these sordid activities!
These Big Banks are more likely to have staff that are ripping them off (ala Nick Leason) with very dodgy transactions!
