WATCH: Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage delivers TRIUMPHANT conference speech ‘they are SCARED of us!’
WATCH: Reform UK leader Nigel Farage MP delivers a triumphant speech at his party’s conference, declaring “they are scared of us!” and insisting that “Britain is broken and Britain needs Reform.” Farage reflects on a year of political upheaval, attacks the record of successive governments and predicts when he believes the next general election will take place. The speech comes amid disruption at the conference, with Greenpeace UK delaying Farage’s address and a heckler removed from the conference hall.
Farage takes aim at the Conservatives, declaring that they “failed absolutely miserably” and claiming Reform UK has “wiped out the Conservative party.” He highlights the growth of Reform’s membership, the councils now controlled by the party and the development of its “shadow frontbench”, while also confirming that the party is preparing for the next election by interviewing prospective Reform MP candidates. Farage also pays tribute to Ann Widdecombe, saying: “Ann, we miss you terribly, may God bless your soul.”
The Reform UK leader also addresses the investigation into foreign donations to his party, telling supporters: “We will not be distracted by any of this” and confronting the accusations levelled against him and Reform UK. He launches a scathing attack on Andy Burnham, outlines his constitutional plans for Parliament and promises that MPs would sit “24 hours a day for six days a week” if necessary to pass what he calls the necessary legislation. Farage closes by declaring: “I am only here because of the failure of our political class” and tells the conference that when the next election comes, Reform UK will be ready to fight to win.

‘Performative posturing’ | Labour ACCUSED of ‘SHAMELESS’ party politics over Israeli sanctions

Andy Burnham is at risk of igniting a United States trade war over his proposed sanctions on Israel.
The Government is due to announce a string of sanctions on Israeli settlements in the West Bank today, with the Prime Minister expected to say Britain will not stand by and accept the “destruction of the two-state solution”.
The move comes in response to Israel opening tenders to build 1,200 settler homes in the E1 area of the West Bank, meaning it is considered Palestinian land under international law.

Maybe I'm missing something here….people screamed for lockdown, happily took the money the government printed while slobbing around in pj's without thinking of the consequences, now the consequences have finally registered you now want the government to pay you more money because you can't afford the bill that was inevitably going to come from the actions. Hilarious.

But Capitalism couldn't handle a pandemic. Capitalism let workers go like expendable Labour during the pandemic and the last two years. These expendable Labour workers had to turn to Socialism state benefits to survive as Capitalism left them out in the cold during the pandemic and the last two years. Both Socialism and Capitalism is needed not just relying solely on Capitalism as it can't handle a Pandemic or Boom or Bust.

For god's sake girl, read some history and you wouldn't need to ask such stupid questions.Ignorant voters vote for political bribes which have to be paid for by printing money via the central banks in collusion with the treasury department. This has been going on in the USA since 1913 and here for longer. Each time a monetary unit is printed into existence out of thin air, inflation is created and the unit becomes less valuable. When your government gets high ideals and arms Ukraine ,polices the world, pays for sex-change operations, subsidises high speed rail , hands out aid to other countries and subsidises a thousand QANGOs, this is how YOU end up paying. It's taxation by the back door.

His words are funny as last time i checked russia owns all their own power and gas companies i.e the russian government owns them and they doing really well for them selfs so yea you wrong on that!! energy needs to be government owned and controlled so we cant be blackmailed by other countries. If china owns your power plants what you going to do say no to china then they just flick the switch and turn you off. Plus government can lower profits and allow prices to not increase if they own them not like the greedy sods which own them now
