Vintage in Pills AMAYA ARZUAGA Fall 1998 Paris – Fashion Channel

Amaya Arzuaga’s Autumn/Winter 1998 collection, presented at London Fashion Week, combined bold color blocking with asymmetric cuts, draping and slimline silhouettes. Cropped turtlenecks, off-the-shoulder dresses, racer-back tops, fur-trimmed jackets, pencil skirts and tailored double-breasted coats were layered with striped knitwear and sweaters.

An autumnal palette of burgundy, brown, tan, gray, blue, claret and green appeared across wool and leather, while gold and bronze sequins added flashes of shine. Patent pumps and brogues completed the looks, alongside loosely tied-back hair and dramatic eye makeup.
