The digital transformation of education accelerated dramatically following COVID‑19. What began as an emergency shift evolved into a global laboratory, offering unprecedented insights into what digitalisation could mean for learners and educators—especially as Artificial Intelligence became increasingly embedded in daily school life.

In this Connect&Learn session, Educaid.be launched its new trends report: a concise, forward‑looking update to the 2019 white paper on the impact of digitalisation on education. The report drew not only on research from across Asian, Latin American, and African regions, but also on the daily experiences of Educaid.be members working in diverse educational contexts and international cooperation projects.

During the session, participants explored the seven key trends identified by the Educaid.be Digital for Education Project Group.
