Why would people cast her as an Indian. I mean neither she identifies as one, nor her accent, mannerism , looks anything matches with us indians. And I don't understand why only south Indian immigrants are taken for Indian roles.
If you wanted to cast an indian, you should have taken someone who are actually from India. They could have portrayed us better. Like the gorgeous Alia Bhatt or Deepika Padukone. I mean there were so many to pick from
