As of now, the bill has 235 amendments and while it does look considerably better when you add these amendments into the bill. There is definitely still work to do to.

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly—which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $275k bond/stock portfolio

"Levelling up"? Tripe! What about levelling up by spending equal money on the hard up and destitute people of Britain as is being SQUANDERED on foreign invading SCROUNGERS. British subjects FROM BRITAIN…IN BRITAIN, going to food banks and suffering from cost of living crisis whilst FOREIGN SCROUNGERS have got it cushy in HOTELS, all laid on!

Levelling up not for the benefits of general public is for their friends to make more money at the expense of the general public

Under Truss's proposals, 38 local authorities were invited to put forward bids to develop low tax, low regulation sites to kick start economies in disadvantaged regions.

Hunt will create 12 new investment zones.

From 38 to 12: 8 in England with a further 4 yet to be agreed in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

6:00 The TLDR labels on this graph appear to be misleading.
The graph shows the DIFFERENCE between the Gross Domestic Household Income (GDHI) per capita (per person) and the Gross Value ADDED (GVA) per hour worked.
A positive value means GDHI > GVA whereas a negative value means GDHI < GVA.
However, because this is a difference, it's a RELATIVE measure, which doesn't indicate how productive a region is (even when compared to others). Instead, it's shows how income compares with productivity in different regions.

Here’s an example worth considering all uk seniors get a travel pass – it gets them out to make friends and spend money- however not all travel passes are the same.
Those who reside in a metropolitan transport executive area can travel on all forms of transport, bus, train, tram, boat and ferry. Those that do not – live everywhere else can only travel by bus from 09.30 am to 11.00pm. Some transport authorities allow 24 /.7 travel

Problem is, NORDVPN WILL NOT PROTECT FROM IDENDITY THEFT. They are selling data and all it takes is someone to just hack the transaction or marketing data of a company, boom, idendnity stolen (again in your case).

To protect idendity theft, which becomes increasingly difficult) you need to, at bare minimum, have good enough sense on where to post your idendity information. Facebook and other meta aps are not a place to do it, even for an influencer

Man, I hate American politics. But listening to all the tiers, and procedures, and red tape of British politics makes my tiny, uncultured brain twist within my skull. Why the heck did y'all make this so overly-complicated?

  21. @museholic7000

    December 25, 2023 at 8:07 am

Level up bull****. How can you compare an area 1/8 of England with the entirety of Scotland! That's is literally like saying we're going to spend the money in London and the North of England will somehow benefit. Nobody benefits from anything happening 500 miles away. The north east of scotland should be treated the same as the north east of england. The Conservative and unionist party showing their unionists in name only. More fuel for independence. Pillocks.

Surely levelling up should be at the top of the news, not relegated to a dusty corner? Shows what's wrong with politics and the media. Well done for bringing this to our attention. Ironically it's the Tories who created the conditions that need changing. By failing to invest in infrastructure, destroying union power and allowing poor conditions for workers, including low pay, they have suppressed productivity and wages. They have centralised everything, making us the most centralised state in Europe. In 1970s, they reorganised local government in such a way as to undermine localities, and things like the business rate framework intro's by Thatcher reduced local retailers' ability to survive on the high streets etc. They have systematically and deliberately undermined public services and non-approved collectivities like the old friendly societies and building societies, which became banks and corporations with shareholders in the 1980s. Government and the collection and allocation of taxes is ultra-centralised here. the comparative figures for even a relatively devolved local authority such as London compared to European cities are staggering. Thatcher hated the old London authority, abolished it and turned its headquarters into a hotel. AS one southern business-man said to me in the '80s, Thatcher took a huge chain and dragged it across the north of England, destroying pretty well everything built up laboriously and at huge human cost since the late C18th.

Is it true that Cruella DeBraverslug is going to try out her new 'small boat gas chambers programm' on her husband and children? now that she has dicovered that not only her brown parents swarmed to the UK in the 60's but also her direct family are decendants of those considered undesirable by her WW2 faschist hero's as well? After all, we're full up, aren't we?
