A Tesla owner says his Model Y’s Full Self-Driving (Supervised) system helped him reach a hospital after suffering a massive heart attack while driving. His son remotely changed the car’s destination to the nearest hospital and alerted staff, helping him get urgent care in time. Tesla says the system is not a replacement for emergency services.
