   This looks like the coolest quirkiest hotel and Gordon’s “upgrades” to the decor and uniforms totally stripped away its charm. I don’t blame them for going back. I’d stay there for sure. Just…maybe skip the restaurant and get dinner in town.

    This one was hilarious, the owners were throwing swinger parties at the hotel and the wife was relentlessly macking on Ramsay, to the extent that he had to very pointedly tell her he was married. And those outfits were stupid expensive and the poor waitresses had to pay for them.

    The fact that she’s so blasé about her boss actually assaulting her and her downplaying the severity of it in order to justify it tells me she’s been abused by them for so long. I was in an abusive relationship for about 5 years. One of the biggest traits of a victim is the downplaying of the actual abuse. Her trying to justify it by saying “not that hard” is heartbreaking. I hope she’s doing well and is working a job she truly loves and is getting the respect she truly deserves.
